“I found the staff truly enjoy their jobs and have a lot of fun with Dr. Ballinger. He does a great job of explaining his plan for my planter fasciitis. He doesn't gouged you with expensive orthotics, but takes more practical approach. Great relaxed bedside manner. He was an athlete himself so he can relate and appreciate, wanting to get back to normal.”

Have had past problems with getting prescription refills - pharmacy will phone order in with no response. I have to go online to re-order or try calling the office (sometimes not having anyone answer the phone).”

“I've been going to Buckeye Family Practice for 3 yrs. maybe more. Dr. V. Brookshire was my doctor and I like her alot, she was a good doctor besides being a good person. I was hurt when she left but I no she had to move on. I was going to find another doctor, she was everything I needed in a doctor and yes she took time to listen. Then I met Dr. Stewart, she reminds me alot of Dr. Brookshire. She listen to me and goes out of her way to help me and listen to me, I have alot of problems. And theirs a very special nurse that helpes me and even cares about what's going on with me. One day I will remember her name, she always gives me my shots. And there are two or three more. And one I won't have anything to do with. BE BLESSED!!!”

“All of my children have been going here since we moved here 6 years ago. We see Dr. Morrison. We've always had a great experience, and never a problem to get in to be seen, and if Dr. Morrison isn't available during an illness or injury, they have made a way for us to be seen by another pediatrician. Dr. Morrison has always taken her time with us, and always helps us with any health problems or concerns we may have. One of my children had a birth defect and some other health concerns, and she has always been concerned with me and has done everything she can to make sure we keep her healthy and strong and on track. I think the staff and front end staff are very kind, never a problem, so I don't understand all of the other negative comments. The office is very clean and up to date and run smoothly and well. My only complaint is, that it is true, you wait on hold 10 mins or more most of the time to get someone to answer the phone.”
