Bought a lift and wheels for my new jeep almost a year ago just recently the alignment started feeling off and had a squeaky sound in the rear. Called and spoke to Dustin and he set me up a appointment got the issues fixed that day. I can say both times I’ve been in this shop with two different people the customer service was great both times. I Highly recommend this shop!!

I used to like going here. However they now have new guys and they don't care about your vehicle. They do not TORQUE wheels either, they just run them home with a impact(horrible and extremely unsafe). They over tightened my front wheels so bad I had to replace my wheel Studs because they literally stretched them. Plenty of other wheel shops around!

On April 09/2025. I purchased a set of tires for my jeep including alignment. It was hard to keep the jeep straight when it drives; I took it to the mechanic and I was told the alignment was never done. I called “fatf boys “ I talked to “James” , I asked to speak to the business owner , it wasn’t available, the guy said that someone will return my call; in the next few days, I call again; I was told the same; I waited a week, no one returned my call to address the issue. I guess this business doesn’t care about customer. I paid about $2, 245.00 about $165.00 was for alignment and in the end, I didn’t get the service that I paid for it.

Went in thinking I was going to be spending $200+ but because of the honest and knowledgeable techs I walked out paying $49. Not many shops would tell you you DON'T need something you were fully prepared to pay for. They truly have the customers best interest in mind. Very rare now a days. I will be returning for all my repair needs.

Husband reached out for assistance on his truck shop told him it was these parts needed to be replaced he replaced them they checked it out more said that it actually needed other parts for his truck was installing them and had a emergency so had to leave and when they said they’d take care of him the time came they said your truck is safe to drive with my family we’re not 13 minutes down the road and the problem is still there like nothing changed and almost wrecked our vehicle doing 70mph- Husband asked for half the payment (Kind enough to understand their mechanics did work on his truck btw) cause they literally did nothing and practically just said no. Very poor quality shop, they will take your money and hand you an unfixed vehicle. Highly advise not coming to this specific shop.

Would do 0 stars if could, guessed on what the issue was, guarantee when they “Test drove” the vehicle max went 40mph. Told me it was 500$ in parts needed and 500$ in labor and when I pick up the vehicle it almost kills me and my family at 70mph on 75. Called requesting compensation cause the problem was figured out and it wasn’t anything they suggested and practically told me to kick rocks- This place is only good for Wheels and tires! Do not take your vehicles here- Hopefully you see the reply to your outrageous comment, clearly it shows your shop has no diagnostic skills whatsoever, the “Cracked” frame is a rust spot that’s has nothing to do with the issue at hand , your responsibility was to tell me what was wrong what to replace and how much it cost. Obviously the average Joe doesn’t have 900$ to spend on stuff like this so yes I wanted to fix it if I could and again, you had me replace stuff that’s not even bad, truck feels identical when it was brought to your shop, if you actually listened to what I was saying they truck could of been driven just not over 40mph , you lied and suggested parts charged me for thus parts “”TOLD BY 3 PEOPLE THE TRUCK WAS FIXED AND READY TO GO” and yet almost wrecked my entire family on 75 not even 13 minutes from your shop. If alls you have to say is my truck was rusty and I was too “Broke” for your shop then I hope anyone who sees this can double think their decision on coming here, they will screw you over in the end no matter how much they reassure you, and even when they technically didn’t even do anything to fix the issue just suggested more parts after WE found the issue when a Big shop like these guys couldn’t with 10+ mechanics. I asked for half of what I paid you which is more than fair considering your work almost killed my family .. No Dan shame on you. Sir…
