They did not have boxes available for my prepaid ground shipping label. I was sending a laptop for repairs. I asked if I could use a FedEx Express box which was available in the correct dimensions, but she said, "We can't use those with a ground shipping label. They yell at us when we do that..." She didn't offer to help me find what I needed. Instead she directed me to the shipping supplies aisle of the Office Depot store in which they're located. She was polite, but lacking in customer service skills, and not empowered by her employer to exercise them anyway.

Don't knock on your door to see if anyone is home to deliver your packages i was told its whatever the driver decides to do and if the driver decide not to knock then I'm without been almost two weeks and no package called and getting no where just nonsense and run around and still without my purchase
