The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. They always take time to fully answer any questions I may have (and I tend to ask a lot of questions). They have always been very upfront and flexible. I have multiple accounts with them and have never had an issue with their service at this branch. However, my debit card info has been stolen at least five times, and their fraud phone line is based somewhere in India and the people there are absolutely rude and impossible every single time it’s happened. So, as long as you don’t get your card info stolen, 5/3 is an excellent bank.

I cannot believe that your own bank will try to steal from you. Today I went to complete several transactions like I usually do, but today I was more attention as I had previously noticed that there were strange things going with my transactions, when I see that the bank teller put a $100 bill under his keyboard and he gave me the deposit slip it had $100 less and told him that I saw him putting the $100 that I was magically missing he had under his keyboard!!!! I asked for a manager and he denied access, he gave me a new slip with the correct amount and said that it was under his keyboard because someone else must have left it, but how did a different customer leave the money and he just added to my account. The thing is that I saw and I demanded to see the camareras and I was told that they do not have access. How is possible??? Liars!!! I will be closing my account as I no longer trust neither the manager who said “I do not think my employee is capable of taking money”. She should have just looked at the camareras and call me after their investigation.

I write this review not as a member of your bank, but as a citizen of this great city. Sometime last week while driving past your establishment from the Waffle House, I heard what sounded like animal shrieks. Curious, in spite of the snowy conditions, I rolled down my window to get a better sound and sight. After seconds of looking around I noticed it. Perched upon the roof of your building I saw in amazement and wonder an owl. For minutes I marveled at the beautiful creature, having never witnessed one just sitting out in the open. I even took photos and videos to post on social media for everyone else to see. It was the highlight my year thus far.It wasn’t until the next day while out in the daylight that while driving past the bank I looked over fondly remembering the night before that I saw the owl again. Curiously I pulled into the parking lot and got out of my car. To my surprise and HORROR I realized this owl was not real. How could this be? I circled the building in confusion only for my confusion to grow upon discovering an identical fake owl on the other side! I was duped.I was forced to remove the photos and videos from my social media pages. I explained and apologized to friends and family for being mistaken and getting their hopes up too that such wonder could exist in our very city. They now think I am nothing but a dumb hick. They told that to me at a dinner! It was the single most embarrassing moment of my life and I once was beat up by a man who had a mustache and was wearing spandex! As I mentioned, I’m not a member of your bank. I don’t wish anyone to get in trouble or your reviews to go down. Therefore I will not give you a bad star rating, but do not mistake it for me being pleased.Sincerely, a broken man.

What bank charges their own account holders to cash a check, like I’ve never noticed any fee nor has a rep mentioned it. I could go anywhere and pay a fee to cash a check… but I came to my bank instead to pay extra 3.00 to cash a check I could have just deposited why do that to account holders. Makes no sense. Of course why would the clerk mention it either. Like information is imperative- stop with the rip off schemes.

Today Jan 12 2023...Believe it or not racism exists!Me and my kids and a friend were treated as if we are way less important than other customers....Sat and waited for over 30 minutes. And when I finally tried to inquire I was treated rudely by one of the railer. It is just a shame racial profiling and racism exists and thriving in this place....never ever will I walk there again nor my family!Shame on you all the stuff members who were there today! It is crazy I didn't even see a single man...they were all women...

Horrible experience with banker Shelby Schleeter. I went to inquire about applying for a credit card. Ms. Schleeter neglected to inform me of credit guidelines and admitted to not being up to date of the requirements neccessary for credit approval. This negligence has affected me negatively on my credit score. Since I did not have an educated banker to properly help make an informed financial decision. I would have never applied if I was properly informed of guidelines. Ms. Schleeter also neglected to return calls, and after 4 days of waiting I had to go in person to speak with her. Ms. Schleeter showed dishonesty when stating that she had tried to call me but calls from the bank show up as scams and do not go through. This is incorrect and untrue since I have received phone calls from other bankers at this same location. I also mentioned that she also had my email and did not utilize it. Ms. Schleeter was also dishonest when stating that only a soft inquiry was made and not a hard one on my credit. It just seems like excuses, lies, and all around unprofessionalism. Not having a professional informed banker, who cares about customer relations and has their best interest at heart is the worst feeling. I have been banking with Fifth Third Bank for 3 years and have never felt more disrespected and disregarded in my life. Unfortunately this horrible banking experience has me looking for another bank to conduct my business.*Edit: It is very unfortunate that it takes bad review to get a companies attention. It is more unfortunate to see that the response chosen by this Fifth Third Branch is to redirect me to an AUTOMATED Social Media Customer Service Number. How impersonal and out of touch with your customers to not even supply a real contact at your branch. It has been one week since this incident and not one phone call or email has been extended. Even when I was in person and asked to speak with a Branch manager or supervisor I was never given the opportunity. It seems the lack of customer service relations is an management problem at this branch; since they can not even lead by example.
