Edit: fixed the checkout problems and really stepped it up
Old review: Only 2 check outs are open out of 10 and the associate checks you out at the self checkout and gives themselves a good review even when you tell them to put a bad one at the end of the exchange. Wish I could give them no stars. Remove all the check outs if they aren't doing self checkout anymore or post a very large sign and remove the words self checkout from the building. And get rid of the survey of the worker puts 9 when you say 1.

I had a terrible experience at that place. There was only one cool employee with purple hair, but the rest of the crew, especially the manager Damien, were total jerks. When I asked where the bathroom was, he shot back with a smartass comment. When I finally got in there, it was absolutely disgusting urine was all over the toilet seat like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’m definitely never going back

This location is unfortunately, FILTHY.
The smell in the bathrooms is overwhelming and no cleaning log in sight.
I wish the employees would take some pride in their store … so disappointing to see a bathroom in that sort of shape.

I love the store and products but if I wanted to work then I'd put in my application, if there was an option to stand in line and wait on a cashier then I would wait but instead I'll avoid shopping here.

The checkout area was a bit of a mess. The selection is good, though. Love the selection of exotic snacks.

Just stopped in and had $154 dollars worth of items in the cart, we rang it all up and in the middle of the transaction there was an issue with the register where it would not take cash. We waited 20-30 minutes for a manager to fix the issue but nobody came to help

Not sure how this place has survived this long.
This is my first visit here, employee apologized for having empty boxes everywhere because the company that is supposed to empty the dumpsters, have not in weeks.
That's a great fire hazard. Not to mention a trip hazard. One cannot get all the way thru an aisle with or without a cart, and the aisles are so narrow, the carts don't turn around without everything on the shelf falling off.
I'd be switching garbage companies.
Not much is priced in this store, when I asked, the employees response was "I don't know"
A LOT of expired food, candy, and otherwise outdated merchandise for well over $5.
Perhaps change the name to "30 Below"
The Dollar Tree has much better buys and transparent pricing.

An average 5 below store. It has a lot of stuff above 5 dollars but still an ok value most of the time. A lot of cool anime based items and nice selection of Asian snacks and ramen for a non Asian/international food store. Has decent cords for phones and high power chargers.

The cashier spoke didn't seem to be interested in her job. I don't know if she was having a rough day. Hopefully, it got better. The reason for the 3 stars.

It's 812 and the store is all locked up with no sign even though it's allegedly open until 930.
