Workers failed to understand in personal space and would fondle your items while you were actively self checking out.

Was told that most items in the store are mislabeled by checkout girl, and that they won't honor price listed. Make sure to check every scanned item.

I like five below, and the employees are nice. However the self check out that’s not really self check out is weird. It’s like they had cashiers, completely switched it to self check out now it’s self checkout with cashiers? Idk if it’s because of high theft but whatever the case may be it makes it an awkward experience, especially when you’re just trying to buy one or two items. Not a fan

RACIST BEHAVIOR!!! Today, while standing in line, I watched a white female employee hover over a black family using the self checkout machine. At the same time, a white woman was using the machine behind the employee, unassisted. When the the white customer left the 2nd self checkout machine, the white employee shut the machine down. When the black family finished checking out, the white employee forced my disabled daughter and I to hand over our two items so that she could scan them for us. At the end of my "self checkout", the machine forced me to answer whether an employee had assisted me or not. I do not appreciate this store and/or company allowing employees to profile their customers. Either treat all customers the same, or put your employees back on their registers. For reference, here is a picture of my last purchase from this store.
