HORRIBLE to work with. They are my only choice as a flex bank admin through my job so I can't switch, but they are awful. They lead with no, rude staff, have to argue for obvious things (glasses, floride treatments...) and they are super non-responsive. their website sucks and is not helpful either. If you have a choice, don't choose them!

If I could, I would give them a 0. I was on Cobra, and I needed to find another insurance company. I was trying to get on a gov. insurance plan until I could get on Medicare. I got a phone call right away from Navia saying they saw I was looking for health insurance. They made it seem as if they were through the government. I swear everyone that works at that company are scam and Con artists. (Very Very good Con artists). They misinformed me, lied to me, and put me through hell. I was told that I would have pharmacy insurance coverage along with my medical. What they were talking about is DISCOUNT COUPONS, Not Insurance. I was constantly calling them, and they kept telling me I had pharmacy coverage. I did not. The pharmacists said they were only discount coupons nothing more, which I had to pay Navia an additional amount for. I finally had to go to an outside company mailing pharmacy and pay them in addition to paying Navia a huge amount.I have had a lot of illnesses and had to get scans and a lot of blood tests done along with a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and anesthesia. I was told that all would be covered because it was a preventative care. After I got the bills from the doctor's office none of it was covered. I ended up paying thousands of dollars. A lady at Navia told me that I was only aloud TWO diagnostic tests which included blood tests a YEAR! Of course, they lied to me about that as well. Many other problems. Please read all of these reviews. People did not take the time to put them up here if it wasn't true.

I just spend 2 hours on the phone between Navia Benefits, CVS CareMark and Regence. I still cannot fill my prescriptions 2 full months and 3 premium payments into my retirement. Navia just passes the buck. ******* finally admitted that I did call on June 6th and inquired about my pharmacy benefits but then said because it was still in the "window" for my benefits to start, they did nothing but note my call.I'm very frustrated with this company and disappointed that King ****** contracts with such a substandard company

Everyone in this town should should have some monies taken out of their checks; if they are able to, and have it managed by the Flex Bank. They are good people, and are always willing to help you in whatever way they can.

FlexBank is awesome! I walked into their office with an explanation of benefits statement from my doctor and walked out a few minutes later with a check. Thank you!!!

I've worked with FlexBank for years now. Alissa and her staff have provided great customer service for our HSA and HRA accounts.

This place provided great service. Every time I went in, I just turned in my receipts and a few minutes later I was issued a check. No hassle. No issues. Now, we have returned after about six to eight months since the last time we got reimbursements. Suddenly each visit is just another excuse after another. They are saying we need documents we've never needed before, have to do things we never had to do before or saying we may have to wait 2-4 weeks, when it only took minutes before. This is even the same staff as it was when we used this place for over a year on a regular basis. Either they are now incompetent, or they did their job wrong originally and were incompetent then. A year ago I would have given 4-5 stars. Now it's 1 or less.

Terrible to work with, terrible bank. The website is near useless and has no real information. I only use them because it is my only FSA option with my company. They make it terribly hard to get back and use your own money for medical expense–they act like it's theirs and they don't want to give it to you. The benny card is also terrible, doesn't really work. I can't get to my account info anywhere. Flex Bank is genuinely the worst FSA provider I've ever had to work with.
