“I received a flower arrangement from this shop from my husband for our twenth anniversary, and the design was truly beautiful. The arrangement was unique, thoughtfully composed, and clearly created by a skilled florist. It made a wonderful first impression.
Unfortunately, the flowers only lasted about three days before declining rapidly. I followed standard care instructions, including daily watering and changing the water on the second day, but the arrangement did not hold up.
While I was very impressed with the artistry and presentation, the longevity of the flowers was disappointing. I hope this is something the shop can improve, as the quality of the design itself was excellent.

I am genuinely blown away by the kindness and professionalism of The Flower Shoppe.
After I left an honest review about my anniversary arrangement, praising the stunning design but noting the short lifespan of the flowers, I never expected any follow-up at all. Instead, today they surprised me with another absolutely beautiful bouquet, delivered purely as a gesture of goodwill.
The new arrangement is just as artistic and thoughtfully designed as the first. Unique, elegant, and clearly created by a very talented florist. But more than that, this speaks volumes about the integrity of this business. They didn’t get defensive. They didn’t ignore the feedback. They chose kindness.
That level of customer care is rare, and it matters. Mistakes happen. How a business responds is what sets them apart. The Flower Shoppe did that beautifully.
