Perfect place for UD students. Close to everything you could ever need. I have no complaints, my apartment was clean when I moved in and I love the convenience this apartment offers. Management has been very nice and helpful

This was probably the worst place I have ever lived. Personally I think it should be shutdown. I don’t think it is safe. I think employees are the ones leaving the good reviews and I certainly feel like I was tricked into moving here. I wouldn’t live here for free. I’m think it was sewer flies that were everywhere. I saw mice. There were homeless people sleeping in front of my door. My downstairs neighbors had multiple domestic violence incidents. The cops seemed to be arresting someone there at least once a week.
It doesn’t really surprise me that people have started complaining of roaches. When I was there, there was a month of more where the dumpster was overflowing with trash but no one came to pick up the trash. I’m not sure if they refused to pay as some dumb way to save money or maybe someone pocketed the payment. There was a lot of trash. I imagine that attracted a lot of pests.
I definitely don’t recommend coming here

They put nice reviews to cover up the bad ones. Apartment has wear n tear under sinks. Consistent roach issues no matter how much they come spray & how much you clean. They will try to evict you even if you’re not late on your rent. If I’m able to pay my rent by the 5th while am I getting an eviction letter when it’s only the 2nd?! They do not answer the phone. Be careful getting items delivered to you also it will get stolen 9/10 I’ve talked to neighbors and they have that issue. Don’t leave your car doors unlocked it’s a lot of car break-ins & the cameras supposedly don’t work.

The manager, Jon, was nothing but helpful and kind to me on my tour. I have lived in many apartments and this one has to be my favorite. Renovated and clean — management does a great job of handling any issues that arise.

I’ve had an excellent experience living at Flyer Pointe Apartments in Dayton, Ohio. From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about the community, or just a warm greeting in the office, they truly make you feel at home. The team is what sets this place apart—they care, and it shows. Highly recommend Flyer Pointe to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live!

Recently visited with my daughter and hope she will be calling Flyer Pointe home in the fall! Staff was welcoming and friendly.
