Returned a pair fo shoes ordered online to get the next size up. The store was out of the size we needed so the associate refunded and supposedly repurchased for me to be sent to my home, she said usually delivered in 3-5 days. I called Footlocker this morning and no order was ever places and they say a refund has been processed. I haven't received either my money or shoes.
