Forever 21 is closing all of their stores. It’s very unfortunate that we’re loosing another retailer. This store isn’t anything special. I asked if they were selling the tote bags… at first they said I can have it and then they turned around and said no they’re not for sale.. like wow. No wonder why I hate people so much.

The customer service here is terrible, I’m waiting to be assisted so I can place my clothes on hold so I can go look in another store and it’s 3 ppl up at the registers 1 working the other 2 are eating bagels and looking around looking dizzy. Is there not a manager on 2nd shift here? Why are y’all eating up front when customers need assistance? Doing a whole lot of chit chatting and keekeeing and kackaling while people are waiting in line. They were jumping in the cashiers conversation with a customer instead of assisting customers. Once I get to the register the black girl, light skinned, light colored eyes, and a multi colored afro, was very rude, “ y’all all set “ in a distasteful tone when she was just uppidy with the last customer who she knew. Then once I was done with my card, she tosses my bag on the counter “ HERE YOU GO “ whatever happened to “ Hello, how are you? Did you find everything okay?” The only one that was helpful was the short black/ light skinned girl who was working on floor.

I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this location. The workers and manager was so rude and if I could give it zero stars I would. The amount of disrespect at a CLOTHING store like cmon. Just because I wanted to exchange a pair of shorts for the exact same pair in a different size and I had my receipt and tags laying on the shorts and they would not exchange it! And then she pushed the shorts back at me. Don't go here!
