Id give this place half a star if I could but I can't I won't be coming back here sold my gaming console they wouldn't give me cash I got forced to take a gift card thats supposed to work any where that takes master card I could pull the money off it at a ATM it wouldn't come back they won't do anything they won't give me my stuff back when I was really only selling it so I could eat tonight I didn't get no money for this the card it junk and will not work iv tried two different ATMs multiple times this money was for my dinner tonight the only way I was gonna be able to eat tonight and I'm diabetic and I don't get to eat anything at all tonight so I will be calling corporate

Came in and asked clerk if they price matched. He said yes but I have to email my district manager for approval. Waited 15 minutes patiently and clerk finally got a response saying we can do it. Great! Then proceeded to tell me they only price match if you’re a pro member? Rip off and another example of why the company is dying.

GameStop accepted my money for a preorder online two months ago, and when the game launches it doesn't ship until the day *after* launch. To make matters worse I can't take my order to be fulfilled at a local store.
Thanks GameStop for ruing launch day for me. I'll be returning my unopened game to this location and buying the game elsewhere. My recommendation: never preorder a game here!

This place is a SHAM!! They DO NOT stand by their warranties at all.. Purchased a controller for my boys and a little over 2 months later it just stopped working..
I didnt have a receipt but showed them a receipt on my bank statement and they still wouldnt award it.. I said how is it possible you cant find a receipt in your system but I can show you the bank statement and store number?? I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars because thats what they truly deserve.. Very sad

I have been actually to 2 different ones several times this week. Way to many this month. All because I am not getting controllers. Bow have to go back again. I don't think its right that my son can't do stuff that I spend lot money on. And to keep having issues so it cost gas my kids happiness. Very disappointed

I bought my son a lot of gift cards for game stop and we are signed up for the points program as well but when we went the other day he was going to buy some playstation play store cards with the gamestop gift card but they said that is not allowed and u cant use your monthly 5$ towards a playstation play store card either but you used to be able to. How can u buy a gamestop gift card but cant buy everything in the store?????
