I have been actually to 2 different ones several times this week. Way to many this month. All because I am not getting controllers. Bow have to go back again. I don't think its right that my son can't do stuff that I spend lot money on. And to keep having issues so it cost gas my kids happiness. Very disappointed

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst GameStop I have ever dealt with in my opinion. The workers are unprofessional and down right ignorant ? I have literally tried to call this location 30 times just to find out some information about buying Rocksmith 2014 remastered for the PS4 for his birthday coming up since he just started learning to play guitar. The first few times the phone just rang then stopped automatically. The next few times whomever it was answered the phone and immediately put me on mute for a solid 2 minutes. Then I tried again a couple more times only to reach a busy signal. Then there were a couple of times whoever was on the other end just answered and immediately hung up the phone. I feel that is very unprofessional and childish. I can understand being busy but at least have the common curiosity to answer the phone. I will honestly never shop there again. To be perfectly honest I think all people who are currently working 1st shift should be fired for being that rude, childish and extremely unprofessional especially with someone who is trying to be a good customer by supporting your business and buying your products. I don't deserve to be disrespected for no reason. I even attached a screen shot of how many times I've tried to call you guys just for some information so I did not have to waste time and gas to drive all the way there and you guys not have it. That's part of your job to at least support your customers with information.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Knowledgeable employees always help me find anything I need and give advice on new titles.

Rude, no other customers in the store and couldn't even say hello or greet me in any fashion. Never once acknowledged my existence. Acted as if they didn't want to even be there. Only time I was spoke to, was when I was told the total of my order. (Joseph was the person there)

Just disappointment after disappoint, especially with this location, instead of fixing my problem they rushed me and now it's turned into $120 of disappointment. Going all digital at this point so I never have to deal this place again.

The employees do not answer the phone even after you wait a few mins. I experienced this when trying to call the store. I have seen this while at the store and they will ignore the call while doing nothing.

As always these nerds knew exactly what I needed and wanted... friggin total pleasure to have went in and been so thoroughly taught about my issues and problems with my xbox, new games and even ordered a gaming chair... like how about that customer service and knowledge paying off.... made my in home gaming experience better than ever...
