The girls working the self checkout have absolutely 0 intelligence. Tell them I want to split pay and she says use credit card first and it charges entire entire. Still no refund on card. Very bad experience overall. Left and got paint elsewhere.

Ordered set of Kitchen Cabinets on OCT 1st. These are supposed to be delivered tomorrow (Nov 19) Now, they say they don't have all of them, only 5 cabinets. We spent 4 HOURS in store ordering them. Almost $3000 we spent. They don't have them and my contractor is coming tomorrow! My kitchen is TORE up! I have 16 people coming to Thanksgiving dinner. Also, their advertised cabinets on the website are NON existent~ They show good pics but don't have the product! Do yourselves a favor and spend the few extra bucks to shop at LOWE'S. I will NEVER use Home Depot again!

In store service was great, but had problem at delivery and it is impossible to get a hold of a live person on the phone.

Worst customer service ever. No one that works there knows how to help you or even point you into the direction of someone who can. They're all lost in that building.

Complaint that was not answered: I am reaching out to you because there are huge issues with this project. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact Aladdin and though we made arrangements for him to return to finish the project, he has not complied with what was agreed upon The attached pictures show several things • Unfinished edges and corners on high cabinets where you can see the under • Under sink drawers not installed. When we noticed this we called Aladdin and made arrangements for installation on Saturday September 25th. He was reluctant to specify a time so I stayed at home the entire day, only leaving after 6p for about 30 minutes. Upon returning the shelves were at the front door, just on the ground. No note, no voice mail, no nothing. On Sunday September 26th my husband spoke with Aladdin and told him there were several things needing his attention. He stated that it would be a couple of weeks before he could return. My husband explained that wouldn’t work and stated that the repairs must be completed no later than Friday October 1st as we were going on vacation and the countertop installation would be taking place upon our return. I did receive a call from Aladdin while on vacation. It was after our arranged time, so I didn’t answer the phone….didn’t want to hear any more lies while on vacation. • You will see along the sides of the built-in microwave/oven the old wood is exposed and the edges are unfinished. Aladdin said that was intentional, he claimed that the countertop installation would cover what is unfinished. This is very shoddy work • You will see a picture where Aladdin or his companion over-screwed hinge in one of our cabinets, cracking the wood. Damaging the cabinet. Eventually that will deteriorate and the door will hang crookedly • There is a picture showing a crack in the cabinet surfacing under the sink We have many more picture and videos We are highly disappointed with the shoddy work, lack of commitment, lack of engagement and lack of ownership. . In total, cabinets and countertop we spent about $25,000 but the quality of the work is more like $2,500.

I've spent alot of money from my inheritance in this store, they are rude, they say demeaning comments. They have said things like throw her to the ground in one, I'm almost 60 years old, plant shop like alot of people. I'm disabled, talk out loud from anxiety. Todd Illendon a systems operational manager actually looked me up on LinkedIn. They had one male worker grab my cart once and yell. I suppose I was too close to the next customer. They are rude, they seem preoccupied with me.

the manager watched me and my wife push three carts of wood, and never offered a hand... then along comes a white guy with a push lawnmower...he carries it out and loads it... next to us and walk back in and never offered to help...

This store has gone down to complete chaos. This store thrives on the hard labor of majority high school graduates and college students, with low inadequate wages in comparison to their competitor across the street because they are young people. Despite the struggle to provide good quality customer service, some if not most of the young workers are poorly trained and eventually are self-taught. The management is disappointing and it's truly sad to witness how poorly management treats their workers due to favoritism and carelessness to listen to their workers whenever they have a problem. There's a couple that are okay, but the rest is despicable from a professional point of view. To have more money in their pockets, they tend to unnecessarily fire more workers than to hire more workers but still have the propensity to hire college students or high school graduates; consistently ignores the concerns of the lives of the workers and attempts to mess up their scheduling by forcing hours they can't work or drastically cutting hours; and by paying them low wages. The cleanliness of the building from either overnight or during business hours should be considered a consistent safety hazard as soon as you walk in the doors. Once again the management does not seem to listen to their workers' needs to keep up with cleanliness and performance improvement and are not awarded for their hard work. But let it be any corporate manager roaming the store, the whole store suddenly looks better than the one in Miamisburg. If you are to ever shop here and you see a young worker, understand that despite how they perform, all poor performances reflect on how their managers treat them and establishing their store to represent a company.

Ordered a refrigerator on 3/11 with an appliance pick up upon delivery. Finally delivered April 24. Would not take away old refrigerator. Said it was not on the order. Wanted me to wait till April 30 for them to come pick I up. Thankfully a scrapper picked it up. Refused delivery of an upgraded water line I told the sales lady I didn't need. (I was charged for it) and the driver did the return right on his phone. And of course still no refund. Called the store e and was told I had to return it to the store for a refund. Explained what driver did and then was advised those refunds take 2 weeks. Poor performance all over he way around.

I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. I hope this makes its way back to you Sharon, THANK YOU!!

If it was possible to issue a negative rating I would. Ms. Dee (an Armed Services Veteran) provides exemplary service. It would be amazing if the other employees would consider her customer support as a basis for professionalism. Perhaps sending folks back to training is needed...I am not sure, but it's very challenging to go into this store.
