Brought a Alienware laptop in to replace the battery. They came out and said they turned it on everything was functioning, waited an additional 1hr for them to put the back on the computer. They told use to go get lunch or something and they'd call us when it was ready. Came back 30 mins before closing we had been dealing with this for 6 hrs now. To get your display isn't working, we put a screw through your motherboard, com back tomorrow to talk to our manager. Came back the next day, they only want to place they valued paid because we found it at a deal, then brought up the worth of the computer and replacing the motherboard, them not even wanting to replace the motherboard. But no help the wrecked my laptop and said screw you.

If I could make it a 1/2 I would. Bought a washer with RED tag which was marked down because it had NO BOX..got it home set it up DID NOT WORK..went to the store had to again deal with RUDE Michael...was told I would have to pay for a NEW washer price or they would come and pick it up. I remembered RUDE Mike told me it was new and had a 1 year warr..so I called the # talked to Diago he said someone would be out Thursday or Friday...waited and waited NO SHOW. So I called back and an appt was set up for 2 weeks later..Doug runs all test..it a motor.. orders it..has it sent to my house and 2 days later it's here..the next available date is Oct 31st. I have to have 3 things removed and check to see if it's cancer...and unless I'm guaranteed an afternoon time like 2pm and later I just TALKED and SCREAMED at this person I could barely understand and she had
the NERVE to tell me I have to wait until November 5th...this is unacceptable and I was in sales and customer service for 32 years and I would NEVER treated a customer this bad...I believe it's a bait and switch deal happening.. If anyone needs anything of what they sell PLEASE go somewhere else to buy.. BEST BUY is the WORST and I will be posting on 4 different sites and asking ALL to repost to their friends and their friends and so forth.
The ONLY nice people that I've to deal with through this is the delivery guys that came to pick it you by mistake and Doug... but right now he's not responding. .so we'll see.

went there for my laptop that has full coverage and warranty through the my Best Buy plan that I bought.
Because it had a crack in the bottom case that is easily replaceable in the performance of the laptop was slow so they took my charger when they sent the laptop out because they did not have one. And they recommended, I got it shipped to my address. In 2 weeks later, I got the laptop back without a charger, and with the crack still in the bottom case so I had to waste another 2 hours out of my day to bring it back there for them, just to say, we gotta send it back out. Geek squad at Best Buy is an absolute joke. The service is terrible. The person I spoke with is terrible. Just to send out my laptop, it took him almost an hour and a hour and a 1/2 to get the paperwork done.
I went back and said after I got the laptop back and it was not fixed that I want a new laptop through the warranty since they are not able to obviously repair it. And they told me that's not an option, and that my laptop is now gone for another 2 weeks when I need it for my school. They don't care about you and I do not recommend geek squad to anybody. I guarantee that I'll get my laptop back with the same problems as I sent it out with for the second time. What a absolute joke.

Guy acted like I was a monster for coming into get my screen protector replaced and that he needed to actually do his job. Serious attitude issue that led to him treating me like a 4 year old, "you want ME to replace your screen protector?".

Don't come here to get your Apple devices fixed. Came in the first time and they didnt have the parts so we had to come back when they arrived. Had an appointment at 6pm. Checked my voicemail after work at 5 and had a message that the 1 guy that can fix it goes home early so if I want it fixed come in before 4. So since I already paid when they ordered the parts I called back and rescheduled for Saturday at 11:40. Came in at 11:30 and was told the guy who fixes Apple iPhones doesn't come in until 12. The guy at the Geek Squad said go to the Apple store. Great service. They either go home early, come in late or act like Biden's press secretary and refer you to the Apple store

The beginning of April my dryer went out and I have the protection plan on it. So I call in to schedule a repair for that following weekend. Well the person who schedule it put it in as an installation. And the installers where coming to install a dryer that I didn't have. So they canceled the install and didn't schedule a new repair. So I called in again to schedule a repair....they put it in wrong again. The third time I got the right person to schedule it for a repair 2 weeks out so not im out a dryer for a month. Great customer service! So when the tech guy came out, Doug great guy and found out that the installers didn't tighten the wiring harness and fried the harness...so I'm waiting another week before the part comes in and have it replaced...needless to say I'm paying on a dryer that isn't working because geek squad doesn't know the difference from repair and install.

I have been buying stuff at this Best Buy 131 Mall Woods DrDayton, OH 45449 for years. I bought an extra warranty from Geek Squad and returned my printer that was freezing up They did not have my printer in stock. To be honest this store hardly had anything in stock, Everything I wanted to get was out of stock. the guy working was rude along with the manager I will never shop there again. UPDATE I still have not received my refund for the printer I returned over a month. ago. I keep chatting with them they say I will get it there sorry for the inconvenience. I feel so ripped off Beware when you return something there I contacted Corporate office today We will see what they do

Went in this afternoon to look at a few things one being the Sonos sound bar... they are not in stock, however they did have an open box that the sales associate assured us was perfect - it just hadn't fit the persons television space so he returned it. It's marked excellent condition. He also assured us all the cables and parts were in the box and the only thing wrong was the box had been opened. Upon arriving home we unboxed to set up and the only thing in the box was the bar itself. No cables or instructions. We called the store and the customer service rep argued with us about what's included - even though their own site says cables and quick start guide are included. We also wanted to look at headphones. I wanted to try the new apple over the ear headphones -- but the display was broken... I also wanted to try the Beats Studio 3 but only one side worked. What a terrible experience of being misled and given the runaround. I haven't shopped at Best Buy in years -- now I remember why.

I just bought a MacBook from this location within this week and am already having technical issues. I went to the Apple Store to get the technical issue resolved and they basically told me to return it. I went to return/exchange today and I had poor customer service. I basically had to reiterate what it means to serve your customer. When I told them that I wanted to exchange, the response was "what do you want then" without telling me what products they had in stock. I had to practically beg to be taken to the display area to see the options. There she was no help either. I decided to take my business to the Beavercreek location instead. Would not recommend doing your business here.

Almost completely empty shelf of inkjet cartridges. They didn't have the one I needed or a lot of other ones. Symptomatic of a manager that doesn't care or pay attention.
