If you value your time at all, go to any other repair shop. A car of mine had gotten hit from the rear and they’ve had the car since late OCTOBER. It is nearly the following year and they continue to lie, saying “the car will be ready at this day, oh sorry yeah we have to order another part. The car is in paint. There’s another part that’s in back order.” Absolutely terrible customer service and a clear lack of skill and care to get my car repaired in time.

I would give zero stars if I could. They continuously lie about when the car will be done and continue to jack the price up for repair each time. Never go here

If I could leave zero stars I would. STAY AWAY from this location. Where do I start, my paint does not match on my Buick Lacrosse, the car bumpers were put back on poorly the seams are not matching as well as the hood. Less than a week later from picking up I have 5 lights on in the dash there were not there before or after the accident. Their mechanic’s are Grismer Tire. That is not a mechanic shop, they tried to get away with not replacing the water pump that was clearly damaged in the wreck. When the car was returned to me the filter box was missing from the vehicle, I had to drive back an hour to get it. No communication through the entire process, I had to make all the calls for updates, was told 2x it would be ready on a Friday which was not true. Now that the car is back in my possession which is not drivable, they are not returning phone calls. I had to call Gerber Corporate and working with Kristie to get some assistance.This location is unprofessional, untrustworthy and I would NEVER trust my vehicle in their possession, taking cars to tire shops for mechanic repairs. Which I did not approve as well as the $300 appreance allowance that no one knows what it was for. Just horrible service all around.???????????????

I'm giving 2 stars, rather than 1, because the work was completed. But the work took a long time and communication was challenging. After a small fender bender, it took 10 weeks for Gerber to get the car into the shop. Then the job, expected to take 1 week at the time of the original estimate, took 3.5. There were no unexpected additional work, based on the final bill, work remained essentially the same: replacing a light assembly & putting a new cover on the front bumper. Calling this shop is very frustrating as often (on 6 occasions) no one answered during business hours. I was then routed to the national call center, where no one answered as well. Gerber offers "regular" text updates but these too were irregular and did not follow their self-promoted schedule of twice weekly. If timeliness and good communication matter, I'd recommend finding a different shop.

The guys at Gerber are very patient. I had my choice (from my insurance company) of recommendations for a shop to fix my car after being hit and decided to go with Gerber after reading others reviews. I was a little nervous from some reviews saying it would be in the shop longer than anticipated but that was not the case for me. I am very happy with the repairs and you cannot tell it was ever in an accident. I highly recommend them (I just hope I am never in that situation again)!

It's been 4 months since my Toyota Tacoma was repaired except for the grill which is supposed to come in later. I'm still waiting on a $150. Grille Covid has been finished for a year. There are more trucks on the road than there ever has been and unemployment is 3.6 percent. Where is my grille?

Mark was absolutely wonderful! My Lexus was less than 1 years old when I was side wiped. I was very concerned about the repairs and prayed it would be restored to "new condition". Gerber exceeded my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!

Garber is the last place I will will ever take my car to again. We have just went through hell the last couple months dealings with these men. I called them right away after my accident to ask for their tax i.d. # to give my insurance. Once my adjuster came out and did an appraisal, he printed it out and told to pick my own shop. When my husband & I walk into Gerber the following day, I said I'm here to drop off my car. The larger gentleman said that's now how it works you can't just "magically" drop off your car you have to get it apprized then they send it to us. I said sir I have the paperwork right here. ''oh okay" very rudly he said.
This is in July. I couldn't drop it off till September. No problem drop my car off September 26th I did not pick up my car until today November 8th. I would receive text message updates about my car and the estimated date that they thought it would be done. In late October I received a text stating that my car would be done and I could pick it up and it did not change its estimated pick up date. so I called them to ask them if my car was ready to pick up the same gentleman that was rude to me when I first came in said no your car isn't ready for pickup we're trying to get a hold of your insurance to make payment for other parts he said and I quote "I have had a grown man on the phone for an hour waiting" maybe you can give them a call and see where the money is at.
He spoke to me extremely rude and condescending as if I was a little girl. I'm a grown woman their customer service is horrible and I will share this with everyone that I know. If you cannot be kind to customers you cannot need to work in customer service. It was out of my control that they couldn't get a hold of my insurance company, that had nothing to do with me yet he made it seem as if it was my fault and talk down to me. But he was sure happy as pie today when I went in and paid my deductible. Horrible experience horrible customer service be looking for me to report to the better Business bureau.

I had a fender bender over a month ago. My insurance company recommended them. So it was arranged to have my truck towed to them. They did have it for over a month. But with how things are going today. That is to be expected. I am very pleased with my truck. They did an awesome job on it. I believe it looks better now than it did before the wreck. They clean it up inside and out before handing her back to me. The only thing I wasn't happy about but I won't hold it against them. Is they couldn't find a bug shield that would fit my truck. But I was able to and I even installed it myself. Now I just have to be reimbursed by my insurance company for it. But I'm not going to count it against them. Because I feel they made up for it with other things that they did. They were also very friendly and professional. I would have no problem recommending them to someone if they needed their type of service. Thank you all for doing a great job.

Amazing as always! Had my car in three days looking like new. This is the second car we’ve had them work on and they are always fast, friendly and true artists when it comes to the quality of their work. Highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.
