This happened last winter, and I’ll never return to this place because of an extremely rude employee. He was a very young-looking (around 20–28) white guy with a slightly large build. When I asked about the price of a jar of protein powder, he said, "Too much." When I asked what he meant, he replied, "You know, it's expensive." Annoyed, I asked him to just tell me the price.
He muttered, complained about scanning the tags, and finally gave me the price. As I went to put it back, he said, "I told you." He also sarcastically asked, "You like this?" when I picked up another item. His tone was so irritating that it ruined the experience.
Since then, I’ve avoided the store and hope he was fired. If he was, I might consider going back to that GNC.
+ Also, I’m not sure if this was the same employee, but when my Black boyfriend visited this store, an employee looked at his membership information and, after seeing his name, said, "This is your name? No, this isn’t your name," and then added, "From now on, your name is OOOOO."
There was absolutely nothing humorous about this interaction, and I was furious when I heard about it. Once again, I’m not sure if this was the same employee I encountered, but it’s clear that the service from the staff at this store is absolutely terrible.

This GNC location has a lot of good options to choose from. One of the best locations I’ve been too.

Big tattoo dude was nice, informative about the product I was looking at. Some creatine.The reason it is only 4 star is because.of.the outdated computer system that was epically slow.Store is super clean and staff was great.

I am a good customer for years. But recently I had so much trouble with the GNC network trying to order a supplement. Mistakes and problems with the network and the company.

I really hope you don’t have any questions. I am very unimpressed whenever I have to go here. Peak Nutrition/Total Nutrition are far superior. 0 interest in anyone’s fitness goals or journey. The same guy is in here all the time, he’s clearly full of himself. I will make sure I don’t have to stop in here again when I’m in a pinch for preworkout.

I was browsing in the store because my daughter wanted to purchase some vitamins that she said was hard to find and I decided to purchase a bottle of the beets capsules supplement. The price was listed as $19.99 and when I proceeded to make the purchase, the item rang up for $29.99. When I mentioned it to the sales associate, he was rude mentioning that "prices have gone up" and I suggested that the establishment should honor the advertised posted price and he said, "I can't do that." I told him that I would not be completing the purchase. My daughter offered to pay for the bottle, however I refused. The decision not to buy the product was not the price, but the principle. I understand that inflation has greatly affected all of us, but I was highly dissatisfied with the establishment for the practices of their business. I will not be patronizing this GNC again!

I was not satisfied with the product so I go back to get the refund also needing the 85$ back for some thing I needed for the week . He automatically asked for my card and refunded it to the card . I go to make a purchase not knowing this would take up to 24 hours. I read the receipt and find out I could have just gotten cash . He sure didn't mention this option at all.The Customer should have the option if they are not satisfied, and the cashier should tell the customer they could do either or. Now my Sunday is ruined,because I have to wait till Monday to get my refund. Thanks for all the help today.

Had to come to this GNC because the one at Upper Valley Mall is closing April 25 and the retail at U.V.M. location is about completely out. Will have to make some adjustments on how to get my supplies.

Not a bad spot but it's hard to remember where exactly it's located in the mall. It's kind of close to JC Penny but JC Penny takes up a large part of the whole mall. As for the store itself, as the same selection and pricing as any other GNC store and staff is super chill and helpful so I like going here.
