If I could give this store a zero I would! I purchased product off of the GNC website and realized it was not what I wanted. I called them and asked about their return policy which was have proof of purchase and a receipt. Went to return today and they refused the return because they have to many in stock?? What kind of return policy is this. Let's see, had receipt, had unopened product, had form of payment and still won't return. Smh. Would definitely visit another GNC for future transactions.

This gnc is very hit and miss. Sometimes it’s mediocre, other times it’s almost a joke how poor its run. Sometimes they take cash sometimes they twice credit, rarely you get to pick you payment form. The hours are also flexible and sometimes they stay open until their posted hours, other times they just shut it down. Pretty much a 50/50 of they’ll be open or not if it’s within 1-2hrs of posted closing time.Service is a joke, pretty sure they hire the old run down high school sports star who’s life has taken a dump when their dreams didn’t pan out after high school. But demeanor aside - not bad, they’ll tell you they don’t know when asked any question and look at you with a lost expression like you’re bothering their existence.All in all .2stars but only because it’s the closet GNC to my house...
