I have been for an upper helix and then had it changed once healed and both appointments were great!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the space is quaint and clean. Definitely recommend for all your piercing needs.

I trusted them to pierce my 7 year old’s ears for her birthday and Ali did an outstanding job! I wasn’t sure she would go through with it, but every single staff member was so patient and reassuring her that she was in control and absolutely no pressure!! If I had any sort of feedback, I do wish they had a little more selection for my daughter to choose from. I had felt like she just settled for what they had, but then they redeemed themselves by her being able to pick out her own color for the jewelry and she was totally thrilled then! Anyway, that’s not even a negative, just my personal feedback. The entire shop is awesome. It’s a little pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for! Quality work and quality jewelry. I appreciate you all taking such good care of my girl, she loves her new lobes!

I brought my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Jake not only did the piercings masterfully, but also spent the time to make my daughter feel safe, informed, and in-control throughout the process. The experience from start to finish was excellent.

I went in with my best friend to gets new piercings together and I have never felt more welcomed or valued by a piercer before. We were both pierced by Jordyn and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel extremely at ease.
