Had gross stuff in the bins and a lot of broken stuff that could’ve harmed people, I would come to look for the furniture but that’s all

I’ve wanted to check this place out forever and finally made it in today. It was a completely different experience than I was expecting. The employees were super nice and helpful - there’s tons of weird rules and the cashiers were great explaining everything. It feels way dirtier than a standard Goodwill but the smell is exactly the same. There was a bunch of mouse poop in a clothing bin and a cashier warned me about sharp objects being in the bins. The shoppers are awful - it’s 99% resellers and they’re all jerks about the shoe bins and literally take everything the second it’s put out. It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. They just grabbed stuff and threw it in their storage totes by the arm full. Almost all of the carts are lined up around the perimeter of the store filled with random stuff and covered. All of them had random single shoes visible so that’s why it’s impossible to find a pair of shoes there. The mates are all in the covered carts and no one is willing to give their shoe. I had to ask what was going on with all of the covered carts bc I thought it might be stuff that was going to be
put out. I don’t understand why they allow shoppers to do that stuff. It gives everyone else a less enjoyable shopping experience. I would only recommend the outlet for resellers that have unlimited time to sit around (literally) and wait for new stuff to be brought out. You have to be ridiculously aggressive there and it’s takes the fun out of thrifting. I got so annoyed with how people were acting about the shoes I bought all of the single shoes I wanted just so the rude resellers couldn’t have them as they sat around waiting for people to give up and put theirs back. Also, all of the stools and chairs should be removed from the store. Why encourage these people to stay ALL DAY sitting around?!?! It’s weird.

I get banned for stealing a coat that I brought back the next day while employees let customers push cart loads out the door for next to nothing not to mention the drug deals that go on in the outlet or the dirty needles found in the bins let’s just make our main focus on the fact I stole and returned a coat the next day oh let me give you DONALD a shout out for doing nothing remember customers are not always right so good looking out Donald

trans folk! 🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️this is a great place for all of u! if you are trying a new style but still in the closet or just nervous to buy different clothes this is such a cool place to do so.
i personally get nervous to shop at traditional stores in person because of people staring or judging so this was actually so euphoric to be able to shop and not worry about any of that. at checkout they don’t have to look through your stuff since its paid for by the pound so you can pretty much pick out whatever u want without worrying about people looking through it.
i left with 3 huge bags of new things to try to style (over 20 lbs) and it was only like $40.
definitely bring gloves or hand sanitizer because everything is just a free for all and all the items are unmarked and unorganized in a bunch of bins. another plus is this is just so eco-friendly as all of this clothes would be going into a landfill anyways.

I came in ten minutes before closing yesterday. I hadn’t looked at my phone for the time which was on me, that was my bad, but I came across the RUDEST worker who didn’t just tell me that the store was about to close, but she came up and screamed at my group and told us to walk out right now. That “you are not doing that. you cannot be here. Leave.” I should have known the time yes, but considering the fact that this establishment is also dirty and rather dangerous if you’re not constantly cleaning yourself or wearing gloves, I ask if this employee could please pick a struggle: being extremely rude or having a grimy work place.

Horrible experience, people live at this store from the time they open till they close! They're all very rude, and need to learn manners. I get that they want stuff cheap to resell but no reason to be an awful person.
Almost everything I've gotten here video game related has been trash as well.
