My experience was awesome, they have an app to pay online. The app was very easy I didn’t even have to go in to set up the storage, I didn’t even everything online. They are very nice and friendly, if I ever need a storage I will use Cube Smart

The only issue I had was I was quoted one price and it was 10 dollars more and the price of the locks are absolutely ridiculous 20 dollars for a 7 dollar lock

7am visit roaches #349, had unit less than two and a half weeks! Dropped phone taking pics of roaches, found phone 10 days later next visit to remove unit , days before bill due mgr on site and district mgr on site took bag of their roaches in my belongings, did view didn't care! Offered to bpmb unit per big mgr male
