I've been coming to this store since before I was an adult, for over 20 years. Since COVID, they've had issues getting products I've been buying from them for years- but the products are still available at other stores, like GNC. I like being able to get all of my supplements (and a few novelties) at one store and in one stop. It wasn't a deal-breaker until today, when I received awful service. I waited around to speak to the associates because even more of my regular items weren't available, but I was repeatedly ignored. I wasn't even greeted. When I finally checked out, the cashier asked me if I found everything and I told her no, and that I waited for help and never got it, she just said "I'm sorry to hear that," and kept ringing my items like I didn't say I had a problem. The hollow response, and zero follow up was more inflammatory than not saying anything to me at all. She bagged my items even though I asked not to have them bagged, and when I reminded her and held out my hand, she put them on the counter below my hand. All of these little instances of impolite behavior by the staff got to me today.
First and last time that will happen.

First time here. Store was clean and organized. The employees were above and beyond helpful. I was just browsing but every employee I passed offered to help or asked me how my day was going. Very impressed.

Every time I come in here they’re always staring and watching me, I’ve had one person follow me around one time. It’s like they’re racist, they racial profile people. The Indian guy greeted the white women that was in front of me but when he saw me he just looked at me… They’re rude
The heavy set lady whose stomach hangs down to her knees is the RUDEST. She doesn’t do anything but sit behind the counter all day and refuses to price check items.

I was in the store looking for medication for GI help, asked a young girl that worked there for help. She was walking another customer to another location and acted like she would come back. She saw me a couple times later in the store and never asked again if I needed help. I left my cart with stuff in it right in front of the stuff I was looking at and walked out.

Clean store! There are many gluten-free foods here that you cannot find in Kroger, Meijer, Walmart.

Great selection of veggie meats and frozen food. They also have a great pet section where I can find anything I need for my PUP. The people on the floor are always happy to assist with anything you need. I am grateful it’s still in the area!
