Our customer service guy, was legit, he checked ring for inspection noticed some prongs needing repair after 8 years, was professional personable and did an awesome job. Closest Helzberg is Pittsburgh, but only added 30ish min longer going to Canton Ohio, so figured roadtrip. Very pleased with the overall service.
