Gabby and Emma helped me fix my jewelry as a walk in on a Saturday right away! They even gave me some tips how to store my necklaces and take them with me for travel. While I was there Gabby noticed my stones were lose on my wedding band, I never would have known!Thankful for these girls, 10/10 customer service

My husband and I stopped in today and Leah Frazee helped us so much! She knew exactly what I needed and took the time to show me and talk to me about different things. I was always a Roger’s customer until they went out of business. I had been looking for a jeweler and I have to say without a doubt I think 8 found one. I give them a 5 star. I would highly recommend this jeweler. They helped make my 20th wedding anniversary present absolutely beautiful and worked with us on everything. Thanks so much

I purchased my ring and that process was wonderful and any interaction I've had with Gabby is great at the Miamisburg store. I would say I think my ring is beautiful. I am reviewing this after having a few bad service interactions with CSC online and two in the store. I'd be very careful you fully understand the care plans before getting one. I think you have to say specific things to get any maintenance cleaning or checks. One thing to consider before getting a care plan. They offer no refunds on the ring or care plan after 30 days. You don't use the care plan until 6 months after for your first maintenance check just keep that in mind. I didn't get anything but a ultrasonic cleaning with a bad experience initially, I felt so uncomfortable with the angry sales person who waited on me that day. I did report this to the help desk and asked about getting a refund cause I didn't get what I paid for and the service was bad. Got a call from the manager I purchased the ring from. She is having it inspected for me since I feel the two prongs looked different from the snag. She was very nice to me and also mentioned my interactions should be better for future visits. She took it serious and went out of her way to fix the bad CSC experience.Something else to consider is when getting a ring remember even for those who don't care about material things like myself, it is a symbol and experience of life and union so the interactions and standing behind the product and service are important to the customers. But I'd say ask a lot of questions and see what the fine print says before deciding on a care plan. If you run in to any bumps in the road with service or cross someone having a bad day, get ahold of the store manager she fixes it.

To start, I have to say that Gabriel is absolutely incredible. My husband and I were originally local and got all of our jewelry here - Last year, we relocated and unfortunately there isn’t a Helzberg near us. I happened to be in town today and thought I’d swing by to get my rings checked at least, and maybe cleaned and sure enough, I had loose stones. Gabriel got right to work, made magic happen and was able to get my jewelry back to me (as shiny as ever, I might add) before I had to fly back home. Thanks so much for not only making my day, but reminding me why we always chose Helzberg.

We went shopping for rings super close to closing time and Gabbie and the other lady (whose name I cannot remember right now) were wonderful, giving us a wonderful experience even after they closed. They went above and beyond and made this special moment for us even better, thank you!
