If you're looking for a safe place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Herk's Hangar Self Storage! I had furniture and other sorts of belongings in storage here for 2 years. When I moved it out, everything was DUST FREE, no bugs, no spider webs or anything of that nature! Everything was sitting just the way I left it! It's a safe clean place, great communication, reasonable price, and the security to enter is awesome! Giving credit where credit is due. Herk’s was very accommodating through a unfortunate period where my housing was delayed. Rather than having me move my things multiple times in a matter of days, they let me stay a few days past my reservation to save me the headache. Much appreciated!

My dtr had to bring her car down to school for an appt and was having a hard time finding a spot to park and Mathew was super helpful in assisting us even though he didn’t haven’t any spots available!

I didn't have a good experience with the staff at Herk's Storage. When I attempted to rent a storage unit. I ended up cancelling the order. I COULD NOT FIND THE FACILITY, THE OWNER MATT of HERKS STORAGE WOULD NOT MEET ME to show me where the storage unit was located. No one returned my calls. I didn't move anything into the storage unit & they still charged me for 30 days.

My UD student currently has off campus parking at Herks and it has worked out great for him (and us!). It is close to campus, and we have an assigned spot, so he is never stuck searching for parking. We needed to find him a place to park last minute and Matt was super helpful with arrangements and his responses to questions have been quick and very helpful. Great customer service!

Another happy customer served by Herk's Hanger Self Storage! I got the runaround by one of the large storage facilities, gave up and Called these guys. Within an hour I had access to a very large, secured unit. Wonderful customer service, prompt results, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be referring anyone in need of storage to the best storage facility in Dayton! Thanks again for all the help!
