No one greeted me when I walked in, no one asked if I needed help as I wandered around the store, what seem to be a manager was literally staring at me as I’m looking through the clothes. I was shopping for a young lady for Christmas and was a little unsure about what I think she would like so I’m not sure if they thought that was weird?? I honestly almost asked — Is there a problem because the way that she was looking at me made me feel so uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong when it actuality, I was just looking through the clothes like you’re supposed to do when you’re shopping. I didn’t like the vibe in there so as I was leaving, I noticed another employee greeting people coming in so I guess they just skipped over me?
I used to work at hollister and was very disappointed in the customer service I experienced because when I was an employee, I would never have treated someone like the way I was treated. I also understand that I came around closing time so I was just trying to take a glance at what they had so I could come back the following day and purchase it if I saw what I liked but I will never return.

I had a bad experience with a manager named Glen, when I spoke with him he seemed to have an attitude and was very bossy and unprofessional towards an associate. For that reason I will not be back shopping there.

I used to love Hollister clothing. After spending thousands of dollars with this company I realized the shirts shrink. All of them. So if you buy from here just know after a year of washing the shirts will be to short. The company needs to fix this

I talked to an assistant manager by the name of Lily Niedermier and she gave me an attitude and bossed her associate around . Whenever I peak in and she is there I feel uncomfortable because she always has an attitude and is mean and that’s the reason I do not shop there anymore .
