I wanted to purchase a toilet and have it installed by Home Depot in Miamisburg. "Alex" wrote up the order, and in the course of discussing costs associated with the installation he asked me if I wanted it delivered, and I asked "how much is delivery?" He said $75.00. I said I MAY just pick it up at the store (and save the delivery cost). He said he had already included that cost in the order, and if I decided to pick it up (instead of pay for delivery) I could just tell the people at the service desk to adjust the cost when I paid for the toilet , installation, and haul-away...which I assumed would be the cost quoted less $75.00. When I actually went there yesterday to pick up the toilet I was told at the service desk that I COULD NOT DO THAT (purchase the toilet, pick it up myself, and then have Home Depot install it). I was told that in order to have Home Depot install my toilet I HAD TO HAVE IT DELIVERED at a cost of $75. This makes absolutely no sense. When I attempted to call Home Depot to clarify this I was put on hold...told I would be called back...and never heard from them again. I called Home Depot again this morning at 6:15 and was told to call back at 10:AM. I guess I'll end up making another trip to Home Depot to try to straighten this out...REALLY ANNOYING!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. It's been a month since I ordered a refrigerator, when they brought it out it was badly damaged so they we're going to leave me without one for over a month... they finally brought me a loaner fridge. They kept saying it will be this date then this date. I said nope. I went to a whole different place and had a refrigerator in 3 days. Problem with Home Depot. They will not and I mean will not come pick up the loaner it has been in my living room for a month. They said this day and no one shows. Then another day. I've had my daughter sit here all day cos I can't take off work for this anymore. Yeah still not here at 5 pm. I call and Erin who promised they would show today says the driver called off. So when we're you going to tell me!? then says we'll maybe tomorrow or the weekend. Yeah I'mCalling and getting their $1500 charge off my credit card removed then I am calling Deskin law offices who have another lawsuit against them. Be wise. Do not ever shop with this company.

Purchased GE refrigerator, range and dishwasher online from Home Depot. I'm not sure which Home Depot was responsible for arranging the delivery and installation, also not sure where they found the idiots who installed the dishwasher. Improperly installed the first time (lopsided within the space), a second "team" came to correct the errors. I still have a dishwasher that is installed lopsided, but as a result of their "expertise", it now has 2 deep scratches on the control panel. We just noticed that the countertop gets extremely hot during the dry cycle, so we suspect that the installers did not properly place insulation between the appliance and the countertop. In addition to the poor work, both of the lead installers were quite rude, and the first one tried to drive off with my old dishwasher, one that I intended to sell with the other appiances. When told to take it off the truck, he became belligerent, refusing to do so until I demanded in a very stern voice that he do as I ask. The second installer deemed the installation perfectly acceptable and stated that it was "stupid" that we expected better. If you buy appliances from Home Depot, just pick them up and get someone who is actually qualified to install them - considering HD's high installation prices, it won't cost any more and you have a better chance of getting the job done correctly without damage to your new appliances. Never again!

Rental place was rude and charged $75 for cleaning of equipment I spent an hour cleaning the day before. If I could give them a zero on this rating I would. I will never rent from them again.

My husband and I were in the market for a new Lawn Mower, Grill, and Trimmer. I asked a young employee by the name of Trent if he could help us with the lawn mowers as we had questions. He stared at me for about 15 seconds and then said "I just walked in, so I'm like, what?". At that point he said he was going to get another employee to help us and we never saw another employee. Mae at the customer service desk didn't have very personable customer service skills. I probably wouldn't return.

Terrible experience today! I ordered item at 9AM and was told it would be in “will call” within an hour. I went to store at 4:45 PM and item was not ready. They stated they really do not have a “will call” and I waited 35 minutes while they waited for someone to pull item. The lady manager at customer service desk was rather rude, defensive and not sympathetic to a customer my needs. When the item was finally brought up, I said so this took 35 minutes! Id had a house built and wanted to get blinds installed. I went to home depot and found the blinds that I wanted, they were in stock and available on the rack. The "Customer Service agent" told me I couldn't have the ones in store because it would be a custom order and it needed to come from the manufacturer because they needed to be cut to specs.... I thought that was strange, because home depot says they will cut your blinds in store if you buy from them. But I did what they say was necessary. Paid for the guy to come out and measure them (50.00) He did a good job and was in and out. 24 hrs later my measurements were at Home Depot. I go there and pick out my stuff. The Blinds in store were about $30.00 cheaper than what was coming from the manufacturer. (Same manufacturer) So I order my blinds on 10/7 and they were supposed to arrive 11/4 to my door step, they NEVER arrived. (come to think of it, I Never received a tracking #) So I called the store spoke to Sherri, the first thing out of her mouth was Ive been on Vacation for two weeks, I don't know anything about your order... HOW RUDE!!!!!!! Anyway, After making multiple trips to the store, they finally say the blind will arrive on 11/13.. Guess what? NOPE! Go back to the store, Nobody knows anything. When I get upset and start raising my voice then they start to find out things. MY BLINDS HAD NEVER SHIPPED! They then tell me they wouldnt ship until 11/30... Im not ok with that, I have 7 windows on the front of my house and you can see through my house( Yes I have up Curtains) So I finally just say cancel that order and Ill buy off the rack . I chose the same "custom blinds" I chosen before. Sheri said they would cut them to size and the installer would pick them up and install them... Well today WAS installation day. He did pick them up and he came here to install them... BUT WHERE NOT CUT PROPERLY! so now he has to go back to the store and figure out what they can do to fix this problem. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STORE when buying blinds. this is ridiculous and I've been going back and forth with them for over a month. the guy who came to install them was very nice, I had ZERO issues with him I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM Home Depot IN MIAMISBURG OH.. OH AND NOONE IS EVER IN THE BLINDS AREA WHEN YOU NEED THEM YOU HAVE TO GO SEARCHING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK PEOPLE MIGHT AS WELL JUST STAY HOME..

Rude and racist the manager Bethany has no customer service experience whatsoever and should not be a manager at her age. After receiving no help from paint I asked for a manager and they proceeded to tell me I should go to a different store. I will not be going to Home Depot for anything anymore. After spending 500$ as well.
