Worst bed I have ever been on. Horrible location for morning traffic. Rooms are above per diem. No idea why students would ever be required to stay there.

I was there for a Blue Star Mother's food giveaway and it was a very nice experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Did I mention I won an RCA 43' TV in one of the raffles. Awesomely unexpected and I'm very grateful! Thank you to Geri Maples for her patience and kindness in organizing the pick up of my raffle

Rooms are absolutely awful. Hope-less Hotel is more appropriate. If you can imagine a hotel that was built in the 70s and last updated in the 90s (excluding the flat screen TVs plugged into coaxial cable)...this is the hotel.Whoever owns this property is just taking advantage of the proximity to the base...but it's awful. The only bright spot is the friendly and helpful employees at the front desk.

Convention center and on-site location are fine. The hotel, however, is terrible.Came here with a large group and near everyone had issues with their rooms. Toilets, sinks, or showers not working correctly, dirty beds and rooms, TVs not working at all or had zero channels, and a few had bed bugs. The beds were probably last changed out during the Reagan administration, there is a convenience area in the lobby but the prices are wild - $5.50 for a can of Monster?I would not recommend staying here.

Several of f my family were in town for the weekend, so we all stayed here. They took great care of us, gave us a very good price, and we were close to everything we wanted to do.Noteworthy details: They are dog friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was shocked and deeply disappointed by my experience. After being kicked out of my room, I discovered that the hotel staff had received completely false complaints about me. (I believe authorities showed up to the incorrect room based on their accusations). Despite my attempts to explain and prove my innocence, the staff refused to listen and ultimately forced me to leave. At the point this happened, I was sooo ready to leave anyways. This experience was beyond humiliating and has left me feeling incredibly angry and frustrated. It's alarming that the hotel staff would prioritize baseless and unfounded complaints over the dignity and respect of their paying customers. ($1342)As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never stay there again. It's deeply disheartening to see businesses treat their customers with such disregard and disrespect. If you are a Person of Color, I would recommend that you steer completely clear from this trashy hotel, as I fear that the authorities will be illegally commanded to search your room by hotel authority, based purely on your race alone! I sincerely hope that others do not have to go through the same traumatizing experience that I did.

I had a really terrible experience at a hope hotel. It is a dirty and trashy hotel with racist staff members. Be aware. They lied about multiple complaints they never told us about and lied that they tried contacting us. What's worse is that I'm pretty sure they targeted me because of my race. I'm a person of color, and the way they were talking to me and treating me just felt really off. They called the police and had them come to my room. They searched my room without authorization and did not find anything. It was like they were just making things up as they went along. I feel violated and discriminated against. I've never been treated like this before, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. That's why I'm taking action and sharing my experience with this racist hotel

My mattress was lumpy. It smelled like men's cologne in my room. Also, a towel was on the floor upon check-in as if someone used it to wipe their hands and threw it down. The hotel needs some upgrades but it's ok if you're not staying longFood & drinks: Restaurant connection to hotel. Convenient.

Forced to stay here for the Air Force. This hotel really should be condemned. The rooms all smell like mildew. The AC and refrigerator are so noisy, they keep you up at night. The mattresses feel like actual pallets. Pillows are a sorry disgrace. I don't understand how they get away with charging the same as the Holiday Inn down the street. Shame on this place for even existing. And shame on the Air Force for being in contract with them. An absolutely horrible place to stay while away from your family on drill weekends. If you have a choice, look elsewhere.

I am 60 and over my life, stayed in many hotels. While the HH&CC doesn't look quite like a Peabody or Plaza, the service certainly has been. Rooms are clean and neat as a pin, and front desk staff are the best I have experienced.I mean that! There was a Mariott in LA that came close once! You wont go wrong here! Eric S

This hotel is just okay, but it's not terrible like I've heard some people complain about. My biggest dislike are the beds - don't stay here if you have back problems. The spring mattresses are fairly firm, so I asked for extra blankets which the hotel promptly delivered; those extra blankets worked really well to help me sleep better, but sleeping on top of comforters is ironically not as comfortable as sleeping on the normal sheets.More cons:- Speaking of sheets, mine feel super generic/cheap. They're also just OK, not great.- My shower head is leaky. The water pressure is fine, but some of it leaks down the wall.- My faucet in the bathroom has no aerator, so it sprays in almost every direction in the sink. I haven't taken the time to ask someone to fix it, because I don't really care that much.- The internet signal at the end of the 2F wing is really weak and sometimes drops out. It's works great just a couple doors down closer to the center of the building.- The cables behind the desk are a disaster. They could do with some velcro straps or something.- EDIT: I just downgraded my review to 2 stars (from 3) because this is the third day they did not have a hot breakfast available. The first time I was told the cook never arrived to work. Since a hearty breakfast is the staple of my morning, this is the third day I've been really upset with the hotel.Pros:- The staff are all very friendly and eager to help.- The breakfast is pretty good. It doesn't change day to day, but I don't mind, because it's always bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, and eggs. And it's all you can eat breakfast. (Disclaimer: I'm here for a class and I think the class is paying for the breakfast. I think you'd have to pay for the breakfast otherwise.)- Decent gym- A fine choice if you're working on Wright-Patterson. 1-minute drive onto Area A, 5-minute drive to Area B.- Fine amenities in the rooms: microwave, mini fridge, desk with office chair, table with two sitting chairs, and a lounge chair. I'm in a single Queen room. I saw a King room and it's even nicer with a couch and whatnot.

Average at best. Lots of improvement needed here. Nice staff but that cannot makeup for the facility and maid service. I get it when it was 2020-2021 but it’s time to bounce back.

As a military spouse I was disappointed to see what our military personnel have to sleep at, No free breakfast, No free coffee just to start their day with good fuel for a work day.And as a key spouse with a 6 month old baby, not much room to bring family along. Rooms are small and out dated, the heat is not consistent, not much for cable on TV. Bed was very hard.Overall it’s durable, in any military situation you make the best of it and you power through whatever you need to do to make it work.
