Three years ago I went to h and r block to get my taxes done and while I was waiting my turn I got to talking to a the front desk guy named George Doyle. I explained to George about how I just got diagnosed and doctors wasn’t thinking I had much time left. He said I know that you’ll be ok because I’m going to pray for you every night. Three years later he still checks up on me and tells me I’m in his prayers. I truly believe I have met my guardian Angel at H and R block. Every since then I only go to them. No matter what religion you believe in or even if this post isn’t about my taxes, I truly believe I was meant to meet him that day. I was feeling my lowest and hopeless and he just stayed positive and made my day a whole lot better! Thank you George for being my hope.

This place didn't do our taxes right and charged way too much ,people were nice is the only positive they made many errors on our taxes

I called about getting 2 of my taxes amended and they gave me the quote for $800 and something so I hung up.

They messed up my tax return and will not refund the fee I paid for their service. My claim is still active. However, the pain that I have had to go through and the people that I have talked to (all claim that "corporate" is the only one that can do anything) all seem to be pretty incompetent. You should not use them for your taxes. My claim was fairly simple. Married filing jointly with standard deduction claimed. How do "experts" mess that up?

Mrs Belly's was caring, knowledgeable about everything, and I love the fact that even though my wife and I had a sick cranky baby, she went above and beyond trying to soothe her at the same time taking care of our needs.
