Derrick was very kind and I greatly appreciated the fact that he messaged me the evening before and the morning of in regards to what time he would be there to pick me up!! No one has done that before and would be appreciated if done more often!!

I will never use this company again. The driver Derick left me and never came bk. Iv been waiting for an hour on another ride
He is not perfessional. C company doesn't pay their bill so they could not reach them on the phone he dropped me off and yelled at me and told me I was not his only responsibility and left me here that over an hour and he never came back it's the same driver that drives like a maniac blairs rap music and has also on my dime pick me up from this clinic it took me to Kettering to his clinc so he could . dose his methadone. Cars are wrecked, doors dont even open. This is not the first time iv had trouble with this company. Save urself alot of trouble, don't use this company

Doesn t even deserve one star!! IDrive was contracted through my onsurance co to take me to Columbus. Derric informed the night before that he would pick me up at 8:15 am the next am. The next morning no driver. I text him at 8:45 and asked where my ride is. He says he s been throwing up and tried to call off and no one answered the phone. So instead of texting me that he couldn't show up he did nothing and caused me a lot of stress.

Great service.Amazing communication.Tracked our delayed flight and picked us up at airport even though 3 hrs late.(12 mn)Luxury cars and prices that are significantly below. Dayton cabs and the competitors.Wonderful to have peace of mind when traveling.
