My first time at Ignite Yoga, not at Yoga. Kathleen Crosby’s Zen Class was exactly what I needed. It’s been a long time waiting to visit this place and super glad i finally listened to the nudge!

I have taken multi different classes with different instructors and haven’t been disappointed. Everyone is so warm and inviting. Great atmosphere and wonderful sessions at all levels.

Tried hot yoga for the first time and it was an experience! Really enjoyed the yoga session, it was good pace and flow. Definitely a lot of sweating that I am not used to?
