I'm only giving this place 1 star because I have to in order to leave this review. How they talk to women and how they treat women is unprofessional and something needs to be addressed and done about it.

I been taking my car to jiffy lube in got the 5000 mile oil change they ask me did i want
my air the last time i said no. a got done before no problem after my last oil change my engine began to intermit then turn off so I went on then my light turned on so check under the hood my hose to my air filter was broken . They were the last one to touch my car now they are denying they broke and why did I wait so long my next oil change was in 5000 miles and still had 1000 more miles to go . They got rude and dismissive the store manger told them he going to deny it i spent my hard earned money up there . Yes I did get upset. They were the only ones who touch my car . They even called the cops . If I were you I would not take my car up there if they break your car they will not fix your car they will call the cops if show any disagreement. I repeat do not take your car up there . The General manager will not fix your car.
Then the other employees were rude as well i felt back into a corner . Please don't take your car up there

Quick service, friendly and professional staff; explained all services and costs and what needed attention or replacement. I was also able to apply local coupon. Great place to get an oil change.

The best place to get a quick oil change. Always friendly, polite, makes sure you get the right things address with your vehicles. Helps you get the best price!!! Definitely recommend this jiffy lube !!!

Good for oil change if you want in and out and willing to pay a bit extra. Sketchy on tires though. Tried to tell me a nail (it was a screw) was in my sidewall (it was not) and sell me a new tire. Wayne Tire plugged it for 1/10th the price.

First time visiting this Jiffy Lube. The staff was super courteous and the oil change was done in a flash. Would highly recommend and plan on going back in the future.

Pretty Great crew they have at the Jiffy Lube on WILMINGTON PIKE. I use to work in the same store when Lucor owned it. I was senior lower-bay tech. Worked there for 6 years.

The service technicians at this location are fantastic! I went to Jiffy Lube specifically to get an oil change and was greeted immediately by a wonderful young man who was very polite. He took me to the waiting area and pulled my car in to check it over before doing the oil change. A few minutes later another polite service technician came over to me and went over recommendations that they found while looking at my car and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was not pressured into agreeing on any other work on my car other than a oil change but I did agree to the air filter as when he showed me mine it was disgusting. My car was done in less than fifteen minutes. I was very pleased with Jiffy Lube and the service in which I received there and will continue going there in the future.

I was just there today I pulled up and a man that was already inside working on a truck asked me what I needed. I told him an oil change. He asked that I pull in behind him as I was pulling in my car an older white man with a beard came out with a attitude, threw a rag on the ground and kept yelling come on come on you’re driving too slow while I’m pulling up. That man was so rude. I will never recommend or come to Jiffy Lube. Do not go here!!
