The manager Rusty is unprofessional, no customer service, and inconsiderate. I came in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. After my visit I had the bottom of my car come loose and scraping the ground. This left me stranded on the side of the highway. They didn’t properly reinstall the clips to secure the bottom of the car. I managed to get the car back to the location I went to. Rusty not only didn’t know how to handle the situation but doesn’t have true manager status. He wasn’t able to do anything for us to rectify this situation. Absolutely disgusting

Under new management at Whipp Rd. Washington Twp, OH location and they have insisted the car’s computer system is wrong. For a 2010 Toyota Corolla it’s 5000 miles between oil changes via the computer system that lights up at 5000 miles, not 3000 for conventional oil change. They wrote it on the receipt. This is a money grab. Under previous owners 5000 miles was correct, now it’s not. This is a money grab and I’d advise not to go to this specific location..

I took in my vehicle for a simple oil change. Went home for about 15 minutes before my wife took vehicle over to friend’s house. I discovered that oil had leaked onto garage floor, as well as friend’s driveway.
Returned to JL next day where I was told it was just oil that had dripped on cross bar. Seemed to be a lot of leaked oil! They rechecked the drain plug and sent me on my way. No apology for having to clean up oil in two locations or taking the time to return to JL. Employees could not have cared less.
As a side note, tire pressure was checked off for all tires brought up to correct pressure. After finding oil leak I checked tires; either they didn’t check them - or they didn’t know the difference between a 1 and a 5. Additionally all 4 tires were at a different pressure.
At this point, I would suspect that synthetic oil wasn't used, as how would I know the difference.
Please find another place to get your oil changed.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Notified of a drain leak AFTER they completed the service, proceeded to tell me they could order the cap and change it for me. Called me back to tell me I'd have to take it to a dealership now. Get to the dealership and now I'm paying for a SECOND oil change BECAUSE not only did Jiffy lube strip the drain plug, the oil filter that is supposedly "brand new" ,that I just paid for as well, is leaking also!!!! Call jiffy lube to complain, to get my money back for THEIR mistakes, soooooooo many excuses!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!Service: Oil change
