Absolutely ineptly run facility, with poor patient care, or attention to detail. This location perfectly demonstrates the issues plaguing the VA system. Avoid if you can.

I am a partially disabled veteran with no insurance, am unemployed because of The Corona Virus, and was unable to see a civilian Dentist for an infected abscessed tooth that the pain was unbearable because they were all closed. I was willing to pay out of pocket, but again the offices were indefinitely close until COVID passes; so I went to The V.A during normal hours in desperation and was turned away. I was dumbfounded...They refused to help me and said they weren't going to help us Veterans anymore unless you were a 100% disabled and not just because of COVID but forever. I will never, ever do anything for this country again!!! This place is nothing but a carnivorous vulturing s*** hole full of lies and games and only seeks profit over people!!! God bless america

Very helpful and friendly. Vicki was very nice, courteous and took her time explaining things. Also Thank You to Michael who originally got me signed up through an outreach!

I have an elderly father in the hospital there with cancer, a blood clot in his leg, and multiple infections. I live multiple states away and trying to get ANYONE to call me back is impossible. I have left messages three days in a row asking a nurse (twice) or a doctor (once) to call me back. No calls. Every time I call the nurse is busy--which I understand. But this is the fifth day w/out a call. I will spend 16 hours in the car driving this weekend just to be told that there isn't a doctor/nurse that can give me any real details of his condition on staff on the weekends. I've done this before. I'm sure I'll be doing this again. I think our Veterans and their families deserve better.
