I have called and reached the call center twice in 3 days for two different parts and have the woman the model number and both times she couldn’t find anything in her computer. I went to Winstel controls and they had 3 in stock. I went to Dayton Johnstone to get the other part I needed that call center couldn’t find and they had the part. Let’s do away with call center please.

Good morning. This one star has nothing to do with the great gentleman that work extremely hard at the front counter of this Dayton Ohio Johnstone branch. They would earn a five star rating for their great service to the Johnstone Supply company and to all of us hard working customers. Sadly the one star is given for the very unprofessional manager of the Dayton location Scott. First off, after ordering a down flow furnace I was given an up flow. By the time Scott had the proper furnace delivered I had lost a days work on the installation not to mention a not very happy homeowner. Unbelievably this was just the beginning of a terrible and expensive experience with this product sold by this company. After finally receiving the proper down flow furnace order at the jobsite we made quick work of the removal and installation of the furnace only to find that the new furnace was wired completely wrong this causing the motherboard to go out. So after another expensive delay in going to get a new board and spending the time to rewire (mind you it's brand new out of the crate) the furnace properly to specifications and as my customer goes without heat I take care of the now costly job at hand. Afterwards I go to talk to Scott the manager about this very poor and now costly product sold by Johnson only to be told by Scott there wasn't anything he was going to do about it and when I said well see if I ever purchase anything ever again from this Johnstone Supply he had the nerve to say and I quote..... well there's the doors I'll remove your account today.... unquote. I was completely shocked at this and saddened by not only poor customer service from a manager but sickened by the closing of my account to keep me from conducting my business with any other Johnstone Supply branch. Very disrespectful to a customer.

Great service. They have the hard to find floor vents for the older homes that I Rehab. They can be pricey but they have them.
