I ordered a pair of UGGS offline picked up in the store..I left the store walked the mall and went to my car where I took shoes out tried them realized they were to small so I called to see if they had a size up they said they did not a problem..I went straight back in Alex took my shoes out said I can’t exchange these they have been worn ..My response Ma’m I legit bought these tried them on and saw they didn’t fit so I called and asked if they had a bigger size they did so I went right back in she opened the box and was like I can’t exchange these they are worn I’m like Ma’m I just bought these 20 minutes ago I only put them on to check fit she said no these are worn I’m like I promise you I haven’t worn these yet…she was rude to the point I said screw of give me corporates number left the store called corporate who said send us pictures of the shoes I did and they saw nothing was wrong with the shoes Alex still refused corporate so they told me to take them to another store which I did they checked them out good said these are fine what size ya need and exchanged them..The lady was beyond rude and very unreasonable not wanting to listen to anything..I’ll attach pics so y’all can decide

Says my package delivered never got my shoes. Don't ship they won't replace is stolen or lost. Just pick up in store

This lady at this store - Bre - is amazing. Really. Just crazy knowledgeable and helpful. I've never seen anything like it. It's like it's her store. You should visit this place just to see how customer service is done. Bre is a future CEO. 100% satisfaction, assistance that directly led to purchases, super polite and professional. Great work.

I didn't expect to spend over $80 for a pair of shoes and be insulted, in the most diplomatic way possible, for not knowing history or basic facts of a brand.
You need to teach your YOUNG employees tact, grace and respect. After all, the shoe industry is your expertise and that's what customers expect is the delivery of facts not to be challenged and looked down upon at what we didn't know about a brand.
I use to travel 1hr to shop here. No Longer. Luckily for Journey's , my daughter loved the shoe and she's so picky, otherwise my 80 dollars would have stayed with ME!

Literally just wanted to know details on a size in stock and the guy gave me information that didn’t match up with what the other associate told me (not saying that was his fault, just wondering why). But then when I said thank you, I got hung up on.

I had a good experience at Journeys. They have a surprisingly small selection of shoes in their store as it is a small store in the mall. The shoes I did want they didn’t have in stock. The employees are helpful and friendly.Tip: check online for any other sales that they might be offering!

I love this place! All time favorite place to get shoes! The workers always tie up the shoes for me and hand them to me personally, not just leave the box on the ground like most places. The workers are so nice to you as well. In addition, they're so family-friendly and inclusive!! They are also trying to go green and be environmentally friendly :)
