Ninety nine percent of the time Corey is my go to guy when I make a purchase at Kay, he’s always a great blend of professional mixed with down to earth. Today he happened to have the evening off, fortunately I had a great experience with Mira today. She was very polite and patient with our questions. Mira even went the extra mile verifying an old purchase. Make sure to ask for these two for your purchase. Promise you won’t go wrong.

Bought a Movado watch online from Kay. Didn't work. Took it to our local jewelery store to change the battery. Still didn't work. Took it to Kay's at Fairfield Mall in Ohio. From the very 1st look the customer service rep at Kay's didn't want to work with us. He changed the battery, still didn't work. Started trying to find any excuse not to do an exchange. So, we bought a $400.00 watch that didn't work, and Kay's at Fairfield Mall in Ohio wouldn't exchange it. Kay's return center and customer service at Fairfield Commons in Ohio is pure trash. Sending this POS Movado back online. Lesson learned.

I ordered a custom mother’s band to connect to my wedding band. When I ordered it, I specifically asked if it was going to be soldered when it arrived. They told me yes. When I received it it was not. They also told me I would get pictures of the ring throughout the process to confirm every step to my liking. I didn’t receive one email. They said they would have the ring 6-12 weeks and would email me or call me when it was in. I called after 8 weeks because I didn’t hear anything from them at all and when I called they said they had sent me an email a week ago saying it was in. I never got an email. Checked my spam folder too. Never got a call either. With all of the being said, since it wasn’t soldered when it arrived, I had to send it out again for another 2 weeks to be soldered. Same thing. They said they would call me/email me when it was in. Once again, they did not. I had to call and they said it was already back at the store. When I went to pick it up, it was soldered on the wrong side of my wedding ring. When I dropped it off originally, I specifically told them to make note that I wanted it soldered to my wedding band and not the other side. I watched them write it down. It came in on the wrong side. They told me I could bring it back anytime and they would fix it but that’s not the point. I’ve now gone 10 weeks without my wedding ring just to get this mothers band and throughout this whole process I’ve been irritated and upset because nothing was done the way they told me it would be. I will not be returning for future mothers bands.

The sales people at the store in the beaver creek mall are the very down to earth and the greats people I have every meet. Very helpful and polite just out standing sales reps. Cory was my sales representative and he was great with me and didn't miss lead in any way. Great people and great store.

Everything went well until they charged me Twice for the same thing and refused to accept what happened so I had to file a bank dispute that cost 25.00 and then wait up to 10 days

KAY Jewelers at Fairfield Commons is great! They're honestly one of the few places in the area to get a watch battery replaced. They have lifetime batteries too and wonderful service.
