Last experience was irritating. I was depositing a check with my mother and was being treated as if I was a silly child. Employee that helped me had such a good attitude when she was speaking to the customer in front of me in Spanish. When she got to us she acted as if me and my mother were trying to be scandalous but we were just prepared. Also mentioning my past overdraft history with the account was unnecessary as well. I know how banking with Key goes.

What happened to customer service? It certainly doesn't exist with this location. People are rude and it's bad enough I just had someone fraudently steal my info. This location just made things worse. I am seriously thinking of closing my account and telling everyone I know to stay away. Thanks key Bank

I have banked with key bank for a little over 4 years. I go to this location often and everytime I go the Mexican lady that is working, maybe her name is Alex...she gives me the run around. Whether that it be cashing checks, depositing money, applying for a loan, or any questions I may have. Today I tried to cash a government check and she interrupted the bank teller I was dealing with to tell them to only make 100 available, and not to cash it out. The bank teller was confused and looked at her and say umm okk? I'm absolutely sick of her negative entitled attitude and will not be coming back to this location. I feel she judges me with all my tattoos, piercings, my color of my skin, and the fact I'm gay! Maybe she thinks nothing I would hand over woud be vaild? Who knows but that's how she will make you feel! It has made me think it is time to switch banks. Chase bank I'm on my way! Bye key bank..thanks to your your sucky employee that has been reported several times you have now lost good business.

Caution: This bank doesn't care about its ATM users. They will charge you $4.00 for a transaction and if the machine is acting up, as it did, they will NOT guarantee the transaction but will take your money. This has happened to me hope it doesn't happen to you! I tried to pull out cash got just a receipt back tried again got cash no receipt. Told the branch manager, he acted like it was no big deal, he didn't even care that the machine was acting up. Manager just told me to file a claim with my bank. 10 days later I am still waiting for an answer to something that should have been solved with a quick cash count on their side!
