The lady/ogre didn’t speak to us but spoke to all the white people. They rarely have anything that’s looks appealing. They’re racist and don’t have good merchandise and ogre friendly. Don’t come here if you’re black.

Need to change your hours on Google. You post them on your door and then people get there and you don’t open until 10 or 11 am.

While I love their products… and have bought furniture and spent plenty of money there. we have been treated very rudely everytime we go in there. No one greets us… when we’ve asked about the status of an order they talked down to us and were very rude and wouldn’t give us any information. Customer service sucks and it wouldn’t kill them to be kind to paying customers.

While I love their products... and have bought furniture and spent plenty of money there. But we have been treated very rudely everytime we go in there. No one greets us... when we've asked about the status of an order they talked down to us and were very rude and wouldn't give us any information. Acted like we were the biggest pains just for asking about a order that we've had issues with. Customer service sucks at this store and it wouldn't kill them to be kind to paying customers. I understand retail can be tough but this was something else and continued to happen.

They have really nice decorative items for the home. A little pricey! But, they do have sales and they do have some good bargains. I would shop here again. They also honor military discounts!???

Customer service here is an issue. Price listed is not the price that rings up. They won’t honor prices on their own website online. The line is long and slow winding. Just challenging to deal with.

The store was very nice. Everything was set up and ready for Christmas. Everything was organized and the store was easy to navigate. An amazing staff was also there to help us out with our questions and checkout.
