Bought a pair of men’s shoes from this store. The store had the wrong clearanced price tag showing. They scratched the top of it off at the register to see the correct tag. The manager was called over and she would not honor the tag that was on there. I thought it was the next level of clearance but it just wasn’t the right tag for that product. Unhappy with the manager’s choice to not honor the lower price when it was their mistake for mismarking the item.

Always been a good Kohl’s location. People are friendly and you get to play the math game of figuring out what the correct price of items will be after all the % off details. Haha

High prices and slow check out, the male associate checking us out smelled like he had just come from the gym or hadn’t bathed in a month, you will be the next to close, I will not be back

Self pick up wasn't an option for my orders at this location for some reason so I had to wait in a very long return line. Had some rude lady get out of line to look around then come back and ask for her spot back. Then had some lady named literally named Karen act disinterested in helping. I was overall disappointed in my experience at this location and won't be returning.

The store needs to buy clothes that older customers would like. Why not Alfred Dunner? They have in small sizes and petite. They always seem to have the small sizes marked down. Please get in larger sizes!!!

My boots didn't fit. Went to return them after one day, and said they can't return them. So, now I'm out $122. Thanks

I went to the shoe department and looked for a particular shoe. The shelves were all in disarray and a mess. I can't shop in a store that is not organized and neat.

Just a warning, last week I tried to use Kohl's cash earned from an online order. I received an email showing me the Kohl's cash was available and would expire if not used by a certain date.
I wanted to use it, so I drove to the store to pick out an item I wanted. When I got to the register I was told I had no Kohl's cash. I went to customer service and after showing them (two CS reps got involved) my email (at their request) , I was told I was owed the Kohl's cash but I would need to print out the email and bring it back so they could scan it! Crazy! Of course, I wasn't going to do all that and left after returning my purchase. I used to really like Kohl's but I won't be going back. VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LOST A CUSTOMER OVER $10.

Karen at customer service makes this a horrible experience. Every time I encounter her, she is never friendly. She always acts like you're bothering her. However, John and Mary at the checkout counter are lovely. The Centerville location of Kohl's needs more employees like them and not Karen.

Worst decision coming to this Sephora. I came in for one item and waited in line at Sephora for 20 minutes. Sephora cashiers should not be ringing up regular customers sweatpants and clothing!

Kohl's policies on coupons is getting to be outrageous. The employees are wonderful but the promo and coupon policies on Kohl's cash and other sales and the limitations on brands is a confusion game that nobody can understand because they keep changing it every year. I just want to finish my last Kohl's cash and then I will never shop there again.

I loved this store 10 years ago and right up until the pandemic.
Now it seems like Kohl's and every other clothing store is only using the 'pandemic' as an excuse to cut down on labor costs to regain the money they lost during the pandemic.
