I love this smaller Kroger. Staff are friendly, especially the deli, produce, floral, and meat departments. At times, staff may not seem as interested in customers or smiling. I enjoy this interaction with the departments and wish they all were generally better trained to encourage it among the staff and customers. My only complaint really is the way they force people through the self checkout lines by destaffing at certain times of the day which are most inconvenient for customers. I avoid the store during the evening hours because of this. Don’t they want a job in the future? I don’t want to check out myself, I want a very nice, well trained person to assist me. Keep up the great work!

The Beavercreek Kroger's has absolutely turned into a disaster zone. The store no longer wants to hire people to work the registers, they feel that self checkouts are the way to go for some reason so they can save more money. Cut corners has more delays in inconvenience instead of having Americans make money and do a job providing good customer service. Instead, you see people commit thefts more easily when they use the self scan. Don't worry the store doesn't lose out on money instead of worrying about the theft being committed, the store will just increase grocery prices for the every day American to make up for their theft lost. The employees that are supposed to be watching the self check out lines and helping the customers are more interested on playing with their mobile phone and looking at social media instead of being observant to the customer and providing good work ethic to Kroger. What happened to the good old days when you had personal clerks you could speak with customer service that you could count on my gosh the store needs a new revamping new management new corporate CEOs in a whole new facelift. Very important note!! Please be very cautious with checking your receipt because the store will absolutely overcharge you through deception claim in the computer system has not been updated yet. When you look at sales price, you ain't always getting the sale price keep that in mind. Honestly, I could see a class action lawsuit being filed in the next few months if more people start picking up on this little trick.

There were only 2 checkouts open at 10:00 am on a Saturday and the lines were at least 8 deep. THEN after waiting for 10 minutes they closed the line and told us to get in another (long) line. HORRIBLE customer service. I am debating about ever returning to Krogers.

This review is on customer service. I had a large order. While checking out, I noticed that the price of one of the items was incorrect. I told the woman who was checking me out. She was indifferent. I explained that I chose that item over another brand because of the better price. She asked if I had a picture of the item price. What? Why would I have a picture of the item price? I was alone and I wasn't about to leave the line and go look for the price. Isn't that the job of the Kroger employee? She said it wasn't her job. I left without my order. I'll move on to another Kroger store where customer service matters.

My car was vandalized in their parking lot on 5/30/22 and when I asked about security tapes they said I had to get a subpoena from the courts in order to get find the criminal who vandalized my car. Way to protect the criminals..

This pharmacy is a nightmare. 2 days of trying to get prescription, 2 long long long waits in the drive thru and still no prescription. I’m transferring to CVS.

Went to pick up post op pain meds for total knee replacement. They could not find the script. No worries, after waiting almost 2 hours at drive thru, we're going home , will take tylenol. We will be back tomorrow. The next day: pharmacy still cant locate script. After a call to the doctor, they called in the script again. There was no answer, so they left it in the voice mail. The next next day... 24 hours later. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru again, guess what, " it will be an hour, we only just received the script" they said. no they only just checked the doctor voice mail line. So here we are 3 days post op and no tramadol yet. Thanks for caring about your loyal customers!
