Had to go to this location, as the seafood counter at the Stroop location was closed for some unknown reason. The fish on display was covered in scales and just looked disheveled. Behind the counter was a total mess. Just not clean. The person helping me couldn’t figure out how to cut a piece of fish into a 1/2 lb portion, or at least close. All the precut pieces were really small. Just wanted to sell me those. It was a really poor experience. Just another reason to not go to this location.

I love this Kroger; but it doesn't love being open the hours they've posted, soooo this rating is going to 1* until they stop turning people away at the door because they're closing early on nonholidays (jan 10th).

Staff are great...but there aren't enough to keep registers open. The stock hasn't recovered from the lockdown hit. And the vegetarian items keep dwindling. But it's a good store.

This Kroger is awesome !! Very clean and the best produce section in town. I will definitely be shopping here regularly !

I like this Kroger, but the racial profiling needs to stop. Everytime I go to check out I have someone watching me like a hawk. Today I had two people watching me like a hawk even tho the lady next to me seemed more suspect than me. I was getting like 10 products so I don’t know why they felt the need to be so extra. I go there two times a week and it’s literally the same thing everytime. They stand right next to me or close enough to watch over me. There is nothing there worth me losing my freedom over especially in front of my child. Please stop.

I went to the store this morning to do a little shopping. I normally have a pleasant time here at the store. This morning not so much. The attendant was not very pleasant as the others. She wasn't very helpful at all. I had a price check for some chips. I told her what the sign said she immediately took an attitude went walking down the aisle, I called for her to instruct her that I got the chips down by the deli. She said the sign is here and it say you have to buy 4 for that price. Clearly they are not the same sign because the ones I viewed said 2.49. I just had her removed it and I left. It could have terribly went wrong. I chose to be the bigger person. Someone needs to address this issue all customers are not thieves and a liar. It is also very unsanitary for them to drink from their bottles and then put their bottles into the Ice box where customers get their bags of ice. We as the customers don't want saliva on our bags of ice that we purchase. Thank You very much unhappy customer this morning! Oct.15 2023

The food prices has gone up which is bad if you want to shop on a budget. It’s a convenient place to shop because they have pretty much everything you need but the prices has gone up.

Update hours to true hours. Don't have it say open till 11 on google then have a security guard at 10:40 guarding the door. That would be closing at 10:40. I can teach y'all how to update the hours on google too it's not that hard

Always the best pharmacy ever! My Dr. Office "forgot" to call my meds in! Sophia encouraged me to call my Dr. Which I did and Lauren got it ready right away! Since tomorrow's a holiday I was out! Its so nice to know they really do have your back and great care follows. Love it there! Thank you.

Just a ridiculous excuse for a store. Kroger has bought everything and now can't support its operations in the field because nobody wants to work there anymore so from pharmacy to customer service, stores are unable to help customers at anywhere near an adequate level. I feel for the overworked people who work there and customers forced to shop there either because their insurance plans give them no other options for meds or they find they are the only store carrying the merch they need because this corporate behemoth has shut down all its competition that might offer the goods because of krogers virtual monopoly on the grocery biz. Sad.

The girl at Starbucks thought she was going to give me a drink unmixed and half made! I wonder if everyone gets their drinks served to them this way!?! I drink this enough to know that how it was made qas sloppy and incorrect!

do not trust alex bell store or lazy lying employees. especially customer service. was told i could buy a 500.00 international western union money order by sarah. western union doesn't sell international money orders. she said if any problems bring it back for refund. stood in long line as older lady (sandy) told me to make out m.o. to kroger & sign it. 10 seconds later said it can't be cashed and tossed me out of the line. i saw sarah (worse human being walking the earth) and ask her to fix things as she is the one 2 hours earlier and a couple days before sold me the money order. she acted as if she knew nothing. i got western union on phone to sandy, she didn't want to be bothered . had to stand in long line again . western union rep said to cash it 2 times. sarah & sandy lied over & over claiming their 3rd party check cashing company turned it down and tossed me out of line again. the 3rd party company has nothing but repeatitive recording's leading in circles. enter's neal the store manager who is a lazy twit ( of no help at all). "sarah" & sandy being the most dishonest, rude,, lying, discusting people i have ever ran accross ignored ever concern i had. if western union decides the m.o. is valid i may get a refund . after 30 plus days and processing fee's, not to mention the fee's i had to pay kroger for nothing.they may think this is over--it is not. i am filing with moraine police, kroger cinnci headquarters (megan shaffer vice president of retail operations), better business bereau & ohio attorney general's office against these 3 people and the store. that is just the begining of the problem's they will have. ((a side note)) that money was going to go to the uk to help pay for my gf's suprize birthday party & more important her little 5 year old autistic boy's special party as he graduated his special school he worked so hard at. thanks to these people & kroger that is not going to happen now. ps shop elsewhere. this store is so dishonest --moraine police have warned people against going there because they steal from customers. and never ever use there money services at customer service desk.

They close half the SELF checkouts and herd people into long lines of standing around to not get service and wait for one employee to check ids for an entire store.Aldis is better for quick trips; suggest you go there.
