I recently began helping my mother and grandfather with their medication’s and refills from Krogers. Each time I’ve had to call into the pharmacy it seems like I’ve spoke to Connor and he is always extremely helpful, polite and goes the extra mile!! Thanks again for all you do for Brandt Pike Kroger Pharmacy Connor!! My family appreciates you!

Consistently prompt and professional, I have been using this Kroger pharmacy for a year now. They make me aware of available vaccines, which I appreciate. I will certainly continue to use them.

So glad I switched my prescriptions over to Kroger pharmacy from CVS. They are quick to fill/refill my scripts, work fast with insurance and are helpful with any concerns I have. Cheaper than CVS prices too!

Was in line before 5pm, was the last vehicle in line, they took care of every vehicle in line before me and closed the blind to the window on me as I was pulling up. I hit the call button, no response, immediately called the customer service line and was told "oh they just checked out, no one can help you." How incredibly rude to shut a window on a customer that has been waiting in line. I was the last vehicle in the line, you can't tell me they couldn't have handled one more person who just needed their medication.

I just got off of work and I had to get my diabetic medicine. I went through the drive thru and sat in line for 45 minutes while the pharmacist was helping another customer. Pulled up to the window and they said they was closed. Went in and the manager refused to help me. I will be transferring my medication from there.

This place is horrible and it is hit-or-miss it totally Depends on who you got a young girl and I asked her is that what my doctor called in today and even The pharmacist Came over and told her we have got the right one And the girls still gave me the wrong one It all depends on who you get here the guy working here did make up for it

HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative I would! They are rude and unprofessional! Been on hold for almost an hour trying to get my meds!! Will be switching to a better pharmacy!! Do better
