Was in line before 5pm, was the last vehicle in line, they took care of every vehicle in line before me and closed the blind to the window on me as I was pulling up. I hit the call button, no response, immediately called the customer service line and was told "oh they just checked out, no one can help you." How incredibly rude to shut a window on a customer that has been waiting in line. I was the last vehicle in the line, you can't tell me they couldn't have handled one more person who just needed their medication.

I just got off of work and I had to get my diabetic medicine. I went through the drive thru and sat in line for 45 minutes while the pharmacist was helping another customer. Pulled up to the window and they said they was closed. Went in and the manager refused to help me. I will be transferring my medication from there.

This Kroger looks nice on the outside, but isn't really nice on the inside. Before going in, I parked and started to see the kinds of people walking in - just very not put together people so it worried me a bit as I had my kids with me. I walked in and it's giving a lot of Walmart vibes, but almost worse. It's kind of dimly lit in the whole store and having never been in this Kroger before I didn't know where anything was. I was also on edge feeling uncomfortable about the people that were in there. The workers seemed friendly, but as I was going down an aisle and leaned over to look at something a worker told me "to make sure I watch my purse", very serious-like. Basically after that I tried to get out of there as fast as possible. I don't like to feel unsafe in a grocery store, especially with my children. Anyway, I'd steer clear of this location unless absolutely necessary.

They are very slow and the guy in the pharmacy is super rude he gives you an attitude and gets upset when you asked him to do the very bare minimum and do his job

Checkout is getting worse by the day. Only one lane open today and six people waiting in the line.I shop here multiple times per week. I like this store because of the personnel. It's not like I don't have choices as there are two Kroger Marketplace locations within 5 miles of me. I do not care about the gas. I will NOT use self checkout. I can and will go to another store. Kroger might want to keep that in mind.If you really insist on using Kroger, go to one of the Marketplace locations. The product selection is better and the checkout time is generally no worse.

I’m not sure if management changed or what, but my husband and I have noticed a huge difference in customer service at this location. It was so bad before that despite living in the apartments beside this Kroger, we began having our scripts filled at another store in Fairborn. However, there’s a noticeable difference in quality. We used to feel like the staff felt burdened by us or that our scripts weren’t taken seriously (being made to wait a week plus for refills), and the staff was never very friendly. It’s like night and day.Keep up the excellent work. It’s stressful enough having a chronic illness, but it helps having a pharmacy you can trust to take care of you.

This pharmacy is horrible! Stay away! Every time that I try to call, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes and then hang up on me! And they never have the prescriptions ready when they say that they will be! Worst customer service ever!!!

HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative I would! They are rude and unprofessional! Been on hold for almost an hour trying to get my meds!! Will be switching to a better pharmacy!! Do better

Terrible! Only have one pharmacist if you really need the prescription don’t go here…it could take days. No compassion and very rude about it.
