Took them almost 2 weeks to transfer my medications from Meijer's, then another week to actually get some of my medications. Then when next refill was due Ive been waiting over a week now and still waiting for my Diabetes Meds, my Novalog every time I put in for a refill it always seems to get kicked out of the system with a "new" refill date for like a week later comes up. They said if I wanted I could go to the Englewood store and get it if I wanted. I dont know if they make more money through the Englewood store or why they refuse to supply the Sebenthaller store.

Only gave me 1/3 medications, which were already a week after they were supposed to be due. Said they needed to confirm something. Why wouldn't they text me that? Also made me pay for meds that were fully covered by workers comp. Will not be filling my meds here again

Levi is a VERY unpleasant pharmacist to deal with. Lacks customer service and presents himself flat out rude, no empathy for his patients at all. I've been going to Kroger pharmacy longer than he's been a pharmacist and hope he "moves" on to another location or employer soon. Good luck to whomever he works for.

The general manager at this location hates being here and it shows. The customer service is minimal at best rude and neglectful at worst. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do. No one wants to be there customers and the people that work there. Until the culture (starting at the top) changes it's going to remain the same inside and outside of the store. I remember when this was a good store.

Lines way too long, not enough staff working. Do not answer phones. Not enough staff working drive thru. Sometimes staff can be unfriendly.

Report your concerns at 1-800- KROGERS!!! Same problems as everyone else- Drive thru always closed, prescriptions never ready doctor called them in on the 12th and here it is the 20th and they are still sitting in processing I asked why? And was told "I don't know". Had to personally go in stand in line for half an hour to tell them to cancel and profile so I could get another pharmacy to fill because the other pharmacy could not reach them. It is really horrible the worst part is seeing all those old ppl standing in line leaning on shelves and carts because the drive thru is always closed.
