If I could give this -10 stars I would. You will not find a slower pharmacy or drive through. Be prepared to wait in excess of 10 minutes per vehicle.

Go to any other pharmacy. For the last two years this place has been nothing but problems. Claim they're waiting on refills from the doctor. When you check, they either didn't send the request or the doctor responded and they claim he didn't. Also, they can't seem to figure out how to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I'm currently working in Lexington so I got online and made sure all my prescriptions would be ready Saturday when I would be home. Now, it's Sunday and I'm being told it'll be another half hour till the last two are ready. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Saw me standing here and didn’t help me for 10 minutes. As soon as they saw a white guy walk up two people rushed to help him and finally helped me. Shameful. I don’t recommend.

The associates do their best! They cannot control who shows up to work & how many people need rx filled. I enjoy the Moraine krogers!

I’ve had my prescriptions filled here for my entire life (28 years), they were ALWAYS my go-to, but for the past 2 years it’s been awful. I switched all of my prescriptions to Walgreens in 2022. I figured Kroger would have their pharmacy figured out by now and gave them another shot… NOPE. My doctor sent my Rx over first thing Monday morning, kept getting delayed and delayed. It’s now Wednesday afternoon and after calling the pharmacy for a 3rd time, the tech was able to tell me that they had a ROBOT working on my order and it got stuck….. You guys didn’t check up on your robot for 3 days? I’m also typing this review as I’ve been sitting in their drive-thru pharmacy line with only two people ahead of me and it’s been almost 30 mins and the line has only moved once. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere but here. If you’re like me and you’re wondering if they’ve made any improvements since your last visit: the answer is no, it’s worse.

This place is woefully under staffed.I have been to several others in the Dayton area and this one is BY FAR THE WORST ONE. They call to tell you your script is ready, you go to pick it up up and they are closed for lunch. The drive thru is even worse .

My husband was having his meds filled here. He takes them for hypertension and there’s always an issue with filling them. The latest was he tried to get one of them refilled and they had to send his doc a refill request which was no problem as he didn’t realize he was out of refills. This was in the 6th. We wait a couple of days til the 8th and they said the doctor hadn’t responded to their request and we should wait another day or so, this was the weekend before Labor Day. Try again and still nothing fast forward to the 13th (today) and my husband calls his doc and asks why they haven’t authorized a refill. The office says Kroger never sent them any form of communication whatsoever and the nurse says I’ll call it in right away as he has now been out of his meds for about a week or close to it. I go back to Kroger after work today and the girl at the pharmacy says they have nothing for him and the doctors office never responded. I explain that the office said they never received communication from them. She says “oh we sent it to the wrong doctor” ok so the right doctor called it in so why isn’t it filled? She said they don’t have it. When I said we’ll just go to a different pharmacy from now on, she said “ok”, I guess I didn’t expect any different response just a better effort to figure out what happened on their part.

Extremely slow drive through. No idea what they do in there between each customer. Expect at least 10 min for each car in front of you. Time to go back to drug mart.

Been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and have plenty of issues in past but stayed with them. Today definitely the top issue so I go to pick up my prescription when the automation tells me that they’re ready and I call and talk to person to make sure is ready and they tell me is ready. I go in to pick them up and they tell me that they’re being worked on and not ready and I explain that called and everything. She says will be 10 minutes and I send down. 40 minutes go by and she calls me up and asks for ID and give to her and she says oh wait there not ready sit back down for minute. So I sent down for couple minutes she gets them and hands my medicine to another employee and she calls me up and asks for my ID again. I ask is this a normal procedure of how things work asked person in charge and she was rude with me saying I’m rude for asking a question about all the problems have had. Then I say who is above her and says store manager and if I wanted him called over. I said yes and he comes over with a security officer like I’m a damn criminal. When I’m the one called for him tell him situation and that the employee was rude to me and he looks at me like I’m stupid and in wrong for asking questions when I’m the customer this is beyond bad service and I just said leaving and will go to different pharmacy from now one. You would think would want people going 20+ years but guess not.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This pharmacy is awful! Customer service is non-existent. Tried to refill my son's prescription and they told me they couldn't fill it because it was day 27, well a July 19th start date to Aug 15th makes today day 28 NOT 27. Learn to count!!!!!! Not to mention the medication is out of stock frequently. So FRUSTRATING! I won't be using this pharmacy anymore!

I take meds for ibsd and I've had nothing but trouble getting it filled in time to not run out they keep saying they have to order it but it's been a week they keep using covid as an excuse it's not good for me to not have this med they have no idea. Seriously thinking of switching pharmacy

do not trust alex bell store or lazy lying employees. especially customer service. was told i could buy a 500.00 international western union money order by sarah. western union doesn't sell international money orders. she said if any problems bring it back for refund. stood in long line as older lady (sandy) told me to make out m.o. to kroger & sign it. 10 seconds later said it can't be cashed and tossed me out of the line. i saw sarah (worse human being walking the earth) and ask her to fix things as she is the one 2 hours earlier and a couple days before sold me the money order. she acted as if she knew nothing. i got western union on phone to sandy, she didn't want to be bothered . had to stand in long line again . western union rep said to cash it 2 times. sarah & sandy lied over & over claiming their 3rd party check cashing company turned it down and tossed me out of line again. the 3rd party company has nothing but repeatitive recording's leading in circles. enter's neal the store manager who is a lazy twit ( of no help at all). "sarah" & sandy being the most dishonest, rude,, lying, discusting people i have ever ran accross ignored ever concern i had. if western union decides the m.o. is valid i may get a refund . after 30 plus days and processing fee's, not to mention the fee's i had to pay kroger for nothing.they may think this is over--it is not. i am filing with moraine police, kroger cinnci headquarters (megan shaffer vice president of retail operations), better business bereau & ohio attorney general's office against these 3 people and the store. that is just the begining of the problem's they will have. ((a side note)) that money was going to go to the uk to help pay for my gf's suprize birthday party & more important her little 5 year old autistic boy's special party as he graduated his special school he worked so hard at. thanks to these people & kroger that is not going to happen now. ps shop elsewhere. this store is so dishonest --moraine police have warned people against going there because they steal from customers. and never ever use there money services at customer service desk.

This pharmacy is horrible! I have had issues with them several times. My two most recent experiences- my doctor’s office sent my prescription electronically, the pharmacy stated they did not receive it. This was a back and forth to my doctor and the pharmacy several times before it was finally resolved.Now fast forward to this month when I decided to have my prescriptions printed so o could hand deliver them myself! Well I drop them off on a Monday, I call on a Thursday to see if I could pick it up. THEY HAVE ZERO RECORD OF THEM ON FILE! I freaking dropped them off myself! They looked at me like it was my fault and I’m crazy because they could have never have miss placed them or anything. Zero sympathy, no fault on them, nothing. Mind you this is a controlled medication. So I am screwed and have to wait until next month to make another doctor appointment. THANKS KROGER!
