This store is a disservice to the community. There is literally a sign in the parking lot that says they check and recheck freshness and yet I have found moldy food on multiple occasions. I do not think it is a mistake that the kroger in this low in-come area has more mold/expired food, worse produce and selection as compared to krogers in the more affluent areas. Kroger's slogan is fresh for everyone. Serving all communities equally is clearly not one of their priorities. Lastly the sidewalk is never shoveled even though the store is located in a high pedestrian traffic area. You are profiting off of being the only grocer in the area. I have stopped shopping at Kroger completely in direct response to this store.

I am only giving this Kroger's A2 ★store because the manager they now have is very impersonal not a nice store manager the old manager who is there prior to the lady who is manager now was absolutely the best he was always walking around the store he knew everyone the shelves were faced stock for and if they did not have an item he was willing to order it I've actually been in an altercation in the store which I've never been in in 42 years of my entire life that was not my fault and because of the color of my skin the manager assumed I'm the one that started the issue I know everyone in the store simply because it's close to my home I wish they had better management and we're not out of items as they always are these days I would not recommend this Kroger store I only go to it for Pure convenience and I believe this is why the store does not have nice items like a lot of the stores on other sides of towns this is just my opinion I was asked so I'm giving it..side note.. new management! Love all the cashier's & baggers! & The girl who's running bakery!Seems like they are trying to turn this store around! Wish new management make sure shelves are fully stocked! Always end up having to go to a different store.also wish they had a good FETA section!!!

This store has great employees they are above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness. This Kroger doesn't have much Kroger brand grocery items and it doesn't have pick-up either. The overall store doesn't have much of a selection at all but the employees are worth the trip! They are fast at getting the line down, they're efficient, kind and helpful.

Went in today 9/19/24 around 2:00 PM to pick up some groceries with my girlfriend for dinner. First thing I noticed that threw me off was the fact that when finding fresh tomatoes there was one towards the middle of the pile we were looking at that was completely rotted and beginning to grow mold. This was absolutely disgusting but it’s whatever there’s only so much that can be done. Then when checking out 2 checkout lanes were open 2 and 3. We were beginning to go into 2 since there was a person being checked out and someone in line. After we began to enter the bigger white lady with black hair who was there at the time decided to yell at my girlfriend saying it was closed with absolutely no indication of that. My girlfriend was so upset she began to cry on the way home because of it. I know customer service sucks, I’ve done it for years when I was in college, but no matter how upset you are you should never yell at a customer. Especially when the only thing they did wrong was come into your checkout lane without any indication of it being closed. Absolute joke of a Kroger location.

Not the best but works in a pinch. Smaller than every other kroger around so the selection is less, but if it wasn't there then the whole area would be a food desert. Also it sets on a steep hill on a very busy and narrow street. So be careful.

Will never shop here again.
15 minutes waiting at meat counter, tapping on counter, watched personnel in back ignoring me requesting service. I believe they may had headphones in or something.....left groceries and will never return!

Justin of the meat department is a great! He was on break and still went out of his way to get me milk that wasn’t on the shelves.
He truly went above and beyond! What great service - I feel very valued!

I will only shop at Kroger if I can help it. Everyone should have a Kroger Plus card. I have saved $1,000's with my Kroger Plus card. Not only do you benefit from the weekly ad but with the Kroger App they also offer Digital Coupons. Your Kroger Plus card is connected to the Kroger App. You can also use the app as a self scanner so that you can not only do price checks but you can also scan as you go, bag as you go, and then check out at the register using the payment method of your choice. It's AMAZING!
