My favorite store to shop for groceries. Especially proud of employee Cris in customer service. She was very nice and handled my complaint Friday evening (Oct. 3, 2025) in such a professional manner, all the time with a smile and a pleasant voice. She is truly an asset to your store and company. Thanks for having such a professional person working there. Bette Field

So they close the money counter whenever they want I come in before 6 o’clock and they closed two minutes before telling me that they close at 5:55. It’s like they choose their own time.

Store smells like a mix of fish and old people home, money center is never open when it should be, store closes an hour before the rest of the stores as well but might as well be even before that considering they don't let you in past 9:50. Security is trash along with all the employees. The store is only as good as the people running it. Don’t recommend wasting time or gas to go.

People working there need to stop smoking pot. Terrible service and oder ahead for pic up is worse yet. Takes half hour or more for them to bring out your groceries

No carts available most of the time? How the hell do you expect people to shop? Produce and product near or already expired on shelves and a jail within the store to buy medicine... ghetto and horrible just drive to Old Troy.

On 3 of my last 4 delivery orders some changed an extra item to each order. The last was all good and I used an EBT card. For some reason they charged my cc. All the extra purchases were unauthorized. Customer service was not helpful. They could never explain what the changes were for. Buyer beware and always check your receipts. They leave me no option but to seek other resolution services. They need people to work from the bottom up so they can understand the full process. I can't believe how stupid they are where they can't read and understand their own receipts.

I went in this morning to grab some fruit. When I got to the SELF check out the grapes I picked out rang up $2.49 a pound, but I remember the sign said .99¢ a pound so I tell the girl, she ask me what price it said. Instead of her going to check the price I had to, I came back and told her it’s digital, however there’s no QR code for me to scan and I don’t have the app. I have to log in and try to add it. I did that but it didn’t go through so she was trying to manually change it.
An older lady came over and asked what was going on. I told her and said asked did I have the app and I told her I did not, it’s sort of an inconvenience to have to go through all that for the sale. So she got an attitude like changing the price for some grapes was an issue. I told her I didn’t even want the fruit anymore because I did not care for her tone. She said “bye” with an attitude like she was kicking me out, I guess because security was near she felt she could speak disrespectfully to a customer.

We was just at the Halloween event and one of the workers there was really rude and saying my kids were running towards the candy and waving her hands saying we had to leave,my son is only 7,she was at the area where you guess the m&M's in the jar wearing a white t shirt she was really rude to me and my children,will not be shopping at this Kroger's anymore.

Most of the shelves will not stocked. I wanted some milk and there wasn't any but you could see it sitting in the back so I ask a lady to get me some and she said she was taking a break. Worse Kroger I have ever been to

Too many employees standing around. No help for the ones that are working.....long lines.....rude management.....Ms.Deb who answered the phone for money services didn't want to come help or send an employee to help with the long line ... customers has stood in line for 45 minutes......I rather drive a few miles to the other Krogers..... ghetto at it's finest
