I try Sushi section about five days ago. I had California roll and I believe spicy tuna. The spicy tuna was good but $6.99 California Roll it has very strong chemical taste. I had been eating sushi and roll for such a long time, but I’m never taste this terrible chemical smell and taste before . I don’t know. They dropped the ingredient on the floor while they cleaned the floor with the bleach. I almost throw up by tasting those toxic chemical smell and taste. I hope they fix this issue I was gonna bring my receipt but while I’m at the Kroger parking lot, trying some sushi were already closed so I couldn’t go back right away and I just trash not gonna bring the receipt to customer service. It was just terrible experience. Please fix this issue. By the way it’s not about Wasabe is not about ginger. I love those. it’s just the roar that has really bad bleach taste.

There were bread loaves tossed around like no one had checked those particular shelves for a while, the bread I wanted was very moldy. This is an old and small store and does not compare to what regular Kroger Marketplaces are.

Attempted to run into the store to get one item. Got out of my car at 9:59pm. The Kroger website as well as google both say that the store closes at 11pm. Their was a security guard standing outside who stopped me as I was walking across the lot and told me they were closing and I looked down at my phone and told him the website says 11pm and he was like no we close at 10. Shortly after the store opened I attempted to go one time at 9pm because at that time the website and google said they closed at 10 and their was a manager standing at the door saying they are closed at that time at 9pm. If I could give 0 stars I would, it seems as though at this Kroger they get to make up their own hours on a day to day basis. And when I do make it there during the day I go through self checkout and every single time someone has to come override the self checkout to confirm I scanned all my items and put them in my bag. If you aren’t going to trust me to ring up my own groceries then open more lanes ran by a cashier! This location is a joke!

One of the largest grocery retailers... But all over town they don't even staff enough people to oversee an adequate number of robot checkout aisles. So, long lines are becoming normal, especially during the last hour of the day. Prices, meanwhile, continue to mount. Nice combo.
Not to mention they're something like 6 months deep into having the wrong business hours posted on Google, completely ignoring the chorus of voices in these reviews calling them out on it. Total joke. Borderline monopolists of their segment of the grocery market , corporate finances such that they can try to take over the other largest grocery retailers in America, and they can't even be bothered to address basic aspects of their business. I grew up going to Kroger's, and it was a good place that supported communities with affordable fresh produce. Now they are a predatory corporate entity who seems to have contempt for their customers.

Worst Kroger store I have ever been to in my life. I've shopped here many times since it opened and I have overlooked the rude employees, teenagers riding the mobility scooters like they're at the playground, etc but today takes the cake.
Aside from looking for Kombucha products for 10 minutes on my own, 3 different employees and 20 minutes later no one could tell me where it is. They moved it and 3 employees couldn't figure out where. Smh

Just the second time I’ve ever been to this Kroger and I can see why. Internet and cell reception dissapear once you enter it. I tried to pull money out of the ATM and had a zombie breathing down my neck looking over my shoulder on a bench while I’m on my bank account. Anderson Cooper manager running past not supervising. I walk out pissed and then I’m hassled by Top Flight Security, man I bet he gets all the love from the blonde cart girls he show boats for.

I love starbucks so I frequent this one. They have 1 person only working. Makes me so sad because they are supposed to have 3. I feel whoever is doing this, has to be upper management is wrong. . I've watched employees come in and managers come over take them from starbucks to put them somewhere else in the store very unfair to other employee and also to the customers that come here. Can someone please do something

Supposed to be open til 11, they were closed at 10. Google and Kroger app both say they were open til 11.
