Went in last Thursday to get a packet . Was told I had an outstanding balance . The last time this happened , I only owed for 1 month . I was told I needed to pay for 3 months that I wasn't even tanning . Normally I would pay the balance and be fine with it but I was unable to that day . That does not give the employee the right to be unnecessarily rude to me as I walk out the door . I've been coming here for almost 20 years . Since it was a place to tan and never have I ever encountered such rudeness for absolutely no reason at all . I would never allow someone like the girl working 2nd shift Thursday June 27th represent my business in any way . She's being paid to run off loyal customers . I will not be supporting L.A. tan ever again.

I love this place The service is great and the prices are reasonable and they have great deals all the time. I usually get a spray tan level one clear and it doesn't leave me looking orange or anything. I've also done the lay down and stand up beds which they have new ones of, and they are amazing as well. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. I Highly recommend this place. I'm posting 2 pics with my spray tan. This is after 2 days?.

This location is one of my favorites to go to. I drive 20-40 minutes to just come here to tan because of how nice the girls are. My best friend Kayla Garrett works here, she’s a harder worker and awesome at what she does at this store. I had a balance from years ago I didn’t know I had and she took care of me and was able to clear it off so I could tan again. She always keeps the beds clean, and whole store looking spotless, she’s very sweet. She always greets everyone when they come in and say bye have a good day or night to everyone who walks in. I love LA I usually go in and see Kayla she’s very sweet and knowledgeable! Always directs me to great products and bed which level does what and which lotion is best for my skin! She has sold me on all of the hemp nations and they have been my go to! She also tells me the deals of each day because I forget! Overall positive vibes and would highly recommend to anyone!
